I needed a photo order finished quicker than the online times offered, so I called the store to see if this was feasible. Tammy went above and beyond to help me get this finished, and I can’t thank her enough!

This Walgreens staff members are very unprofessional and they limit or untrained their staff on basic customer needs at the register for everything they need the manager. The Manager Mickey is incompetent body language and tone of voice is very unprofessional.

Sarah’s very polite. She deserves a raise. Actually very considerate to me and makes my day every time I go shop. HOPE THE MGMT TEAM SEES THIS COMMENT AND GIVES HER PROPS!!

I rarely go to Walgreens as I am a loyal CVS shopper, but every time I go to walgreens I am reminded why I dislike going. Some of the employees are incompetent here and will turn a 10 minute shopping trip into a 30 plus trip.

Tried to refil my prescription over the and instead of helping me out and telling me what I need to do, they just told me they couldn't help me. Felt major hostility for no reason. I get y'all are probably very stressed with everything but its basic customer service. A happy helpful voice goes a long way.

Horrible customer service, the lady with the short hair refused to return an item that was defective and asked me why I didn't returned it sooner( picked my order just before Christmas and try to return it on 12/26) even though the store was closed she still gave me an attitude about it, I just said please process the return or give me a reason why you won't so I can contact customer service but she still refuses to return the second item acting like she owns the store and when I said ( it's wrong and illegal for you to accuse me of breaking the item) she asked me to Never shop or come to the store and said leave now and threatened me to call the police, I simply said wow really and recorded what she said and will be letting customer service know exactly what happened ( apparently she thinks she owns walgreens to tell people not to come to walgreens) do better walgreens...do better.

TAMMY, the manager, is the best!!!! She went above and beyond to help me find an item I couldn't find. Also, She helped me with my pictures and find great discounts. TAMMY is the best!!! Nowadays Noone wants to help each other or are very rude. TAMMY was the complete opposite. Deserves a raise and promotion!!!!!

Liar, rude and opinionated, plus the following occurred. This lady pharmacist should never be allowed to overrule a doctor’s choice in a plan to take care the customer. The lady pharmacist chose to not fill a script and in her words to my doctor, “I won’t fill the script that was sent as the patient needs to be on a different medicine than the one prescribed “Who is she to make those decisions about care. If she was pointing out an interaction that wasn’t good or a script from a different doctor that should not be given, that is what she is there for.If she wishes to prescribe medication then she should go back to school and get her medical license to practice but I’m afraid a doctor like her would go broke from losing patients faster than she gained them.Stay in your lane and fill the scripts you are given to fill. There is no way this is the only time this has happened but thought I would share my thoughts.
