We had a blowout in our camper. Damage was done. We had Insurance. Took it to Wades RV for estimates (June 2022) and they agreed to keep and fix. 99 days they had our camper (it’s not a big camper) NINETY-NINE DAYS!! We had heard from them at about say 30 so we called. Our camper had got “overlooked” somehow. Stuffed off into a corner. Husband called again near the 60 day mark and they were “waiting for parts”. Third call was near the 99 days. Not ready. Two day later it was ready. (September 2022) They suck. And. Was it ready?? Camping days are over. We had to wait till April to take it out. There was a water leak under the Sink that I’m sure they knew about because the panel that hid the space was open. Top two screws out. It’s been a struggle for us. I will never take anything I own back to wades rv nor will I recommend them to anyone and will always speak negative. 99 days is ridiculous.

Just dropped off my RV. Service Department was fast at talking to me about my issues. Sherry was great at helping us. Definitely sounds hopeful.

Service department performed multiple repairs on our new to us 5th wheel. They did the repairs in a timely manner, when there was a delay they kept in touch. Would highly recommend and will continue to use them for all of our RV needs
Special thanks to Jessie in the service department. We had multiple questions and if she didn’t know the answer right then she would get it & call us back. Always very friendly, professional & helpful
