They are way too pushy about selling their envelopes. When I brought in my own, I was instructed to write the address in the wrong place. The lady there tried to trick me into buying their envelope.

I have lived in the same address for the last 5 years. I live in a trailer park and own the trailer next this one as well. I updated my address when I moved in. We have mailboxes in the front part of the trailer park. Most of my mail has went to the current address with only one or two pieces going to the other address every once in a while. As of recently, they lost a package and now most of my mail is going to the other address including packages. I don't understand how you can get addresses that mixed up. I feel like the people in the post office here in keller have become lazy or are not being trained properly. I really wish we didn't have to use them for our mail. They really need to make some changes to some staff or something.

Two of my packages were misdelivered Monday, I had two phone calls with them, and they said they could only try to retrieve one of the packages. Left them my name and phone number, now it’s Saturday and I never heard back from them. Two whole packages gone, one was very important and expensive. They seemed like they had no idea what to say to me about my packages on the phone, or what to do for that matter, very hesitant on what to say. Based on reviews and my experience, employees probably don’t get the proper training needed.
Now I have two different ones delivering today, which one transferred from ups to usps and I am terrified I’m not going to be getting my packages…

Thanks USPS
We checked our mailbox before we left home at 4:40. When we got home at 7, our mail had been delivered, and the door had been pulled off a hinge. Based on the timing, have to blame USPS for this.

Apparently they don’t deliver mail Mon -Saturday my husband and I were suspicious I put a letter in my mailbox Wednesday it is now Friday and it is still there. Our stuff always arrives late. The Keller post office either needs to be shut down or put in a new staff that actually cares about doing their job which means DELIVERING on scheduled days NOT when they feel like it I wish they had an option for zero stars, but they do not unfortunately

Keba is very rude. They refused to look up PO Box number. I had never used it before. When I asked for a supervisor to help look it up, I waited for 30 minutes and saw the supervisor walked by four times. The supervisors, Kenya and Jennifer, refused to come up front to help look up my PO Box number. Sia said I needed to come back in the morning and I live 40 minutes away.
I spoke calmly and quietly the entire time and I don’t understand why they wouldn’t help me.

Post office attendant was audibly and visibly rude to clientele. Watched her scold an employee in front of a lobby full of people then rudely suggest a woman "Google it" when she asked where the Southlake USPS was. There's grace for being understaffed but it's bare minimum to keep your attitude in check.

The lady at the front desk was rude when i was trying to figure out what the extra charge was on my receipt. She then got smart with me when i pulled out cash to pay and said * i can't do cash it says right here* pointing to the sign. That i did not see. As a customer service stand point it was very rude how she addressed the situation and. Then she continued to get loud and told me i was getting smart with her when i told her i would just use my card. Its uncalled for and then told the people next to me that she would take their stuff cuz it would be a long time before i see a manager. She was very unprofessional. As well as after 25 minutes of waiting no manager showed up or was given an update. Poor service.

I went in with zero idea of what was needed, just a box and an address, and 2 kids to add some stress. The staff were amazing, patient, walked through the options, and gave the kids a sticker to keep them entertained. Fantastic service.

You guys suck at finding a freaking apartment building 5 MINS AWAY from y'all!! I've been waiting an entire month for two packages only to get "insufficient address" all because whoever does the deliveries can't freaking read a map! Do better!!

This USPS office has gotten worse the last few years... we quite frequently get other peoples packages delivered to our house and last week they delivered a very important package of ours to someone else house. Their investigation has resulted in them admitting it was delivered to the wrong address and they are saying they are "attempting to recover it" for the last week. How hard is it to read an address?
