The girl with a very condescending squeaky voice kept repeating the same thing over and over and completely unwilling to help solve a very simple issue. Then was told I had to repackage my already packaged items as I had received them in a 24 dollar box. In what common sense world? I just left.

The customer service here is poor. I guess it’s hard to find good employees, but the guy who helped me today was literally looking at his phone and texting and scrolling WHILE helping me. Then another employee was rude to that employee in front of customers. I go here out of convenience, but if there were another choice close by, I’d take it. Everyone there seems miserable.

Sherri was so helpful in making sure that I had all the copies needed before I sent out some important paperwork. She was very sweet and explained all my shipping options and directed me towards the best option. I will definitely be back because of her!

my experience was wonderful when I went into the store to get documents printed Priscilla greeted me with a smile and made the whole process quick and easy. I was in and out as soon as I came in. I will definitely be using this store to print documents and mail letters.

Sending back Amazon returns is usually a pain at Kohls so I take all my returns to Sherri at UPS! She is so knowledgeable and always happy to see me! She’s a keeper!
