I think the pharmacists and assistants behind that counter have to be the best ever. Every time I call or pick up they bend over backwards with help and friendliness. I can't say enough how great they are!!

I will not be shopping at this store again. My first curbside pickup experience - Everything that could’ve gone wrong went wrong. My entire order was given to another customer and they left the property. By the time we had them return to the store, I found that most of the items were incorrect, or “subbed” with unreasonable choices. I then had to myself go inside only to find that all of the “out of stock” items were available, and with plenty of reasonable substitutions. An absolute waste of time, with no respect or regard for their customers. Better off going to Kroger across the street.

There's a middle aged guy who works the evening shift...he is one of the rudest and surliest cashiers I've ever come across. He's checked me out twice and didn't even thank me or greet me either time. I shrugged it off the first time, but having encountered his rudeness twice, it's clearly a pattern. It's really a shame to see a once nice store plummet like it has. In addition, they are having major shortages, more than is normal even in this crazy era. I'll be going elsewhere for groceries after tonight.

Shout out to Tom Thumb Pharmacy Manager, Charles Haynes. I tried to run a prescription through insurance on 12/31/21 and it would not go through Tom Thumb's processing system. This caused the prescription price to go up quite a bit. When I picked it up today, I explained the problem to Charles. He got on their system and was unable to fix it. So he asked how I wanted to handle it and instantly made it right for me. I thought I might have to hassle with them. Nope. Excellent customer service that goes a long way for customer loyalty. Thank you, Charles.

Christmas eve and I get it. Nobody is happy to work. But when I have paid my dues as an adult working Christmas eve myself and owning several local businesses....I shouldn't expect some teenager and her bag girl to both give me and the nice lady in front of me snark attitudes when we were both being festive and nice to them. I guess WE inconvenience the store with our money and our nice gestures. Maybe next time customers should be thanked for our attitudes and rude demeanor.I'll be going to Kroger for now on. Their deli is much nicer their food is fresher and you don't have to deal with such behavior at the register. At least I never did. The only reason I went to Tom Thumb is for your Sriracha Ketchup. I'll order it online for now on.You guys are losing customers because of your poor management supervision and how these punk kids think they can act towards customers. I'll never shop here after dealing with this multiple times and I will definitely tell anyone I know who has the better groceries and customer service. KROGER! Right across the street. Like I said...I only came to your store for the Sriracha Ketchup. You're customer service is horrible and you quality of the food is as well. The only people who respect the customers are in the deli and butcher shop. Everyone else even the floral dept are rude and ignorant.Oh...even the managers on duty are rude. They hate coming out of their "domain" office to do a western union transfer. So it's not just the cashier kids. It starts from the top. I'll NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. And I'll tell everyone I know my reasons if they ask.

I have shopped Tom Thumb for years living only a few minutes away. We use the Pharmacy for all our prescriptions and love the knowable staff

It's the same company as Albertsons, Lucky, etc. so everything you need in grocery store. Nice big parking lot and they create the entrance so it's like a one way for covid

I know I pay more for shopping at Tom Thumb, but that may soon come to an end. I stood in line and literally watched a Tom Thumb cashier stand behind the other cashier, which was checking out a customer. This second cashier stood there while the customer bagged and loaded their groceries in their own cart. Never offered to help, never lifted a finger. My cashier was no better. I was looking for an item, but the shelf was empty. I asked him if there were any else where "I DON'T KNOW" is all I heard. I asked if he could call back and ask the pharmacy...he said "I DON'T KNOW THE NUMBER". Never did he say, give me a minute and I'll check for you. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXSIST AT THIS TOM THUMB. So why do I want to pay more? Do away with these cashiers and put self check out. We do the work anyway. What are they being paid for? So disappointed. Just to be fair, there are one or two cashiers that are actually very friendly, efficient and helpful. Just not the two that were working yesterday!

Always have a friendly attitude and efficient service. I’m very happy to use these guys as my pharmacy! Had a few experiences with larger chains’ complacency and/or business and I’ve never looked back from moving over to Tom Thumb.

Went to Tom Thumb today. The first time ever in one of these stores. They had senior and vulnerable persons early hours. They had quite a bit of inventory and I was able to get most of what I needed. The staff was very sweet and I know I will continue to use this store.

$8.99 for a package of 4 rolls of toilet paper - price hike & dishonest pricing during virus hype
