Returning client. I was very hesitant at first because I am a mixed race, and a lot of hairstylists do not touch curly hair. Now I called very last min to see if I can get my Sew in taking out and a blow out. The ladies at the front when I called super nice and asked the hairstyle Bailey if she could take me, and she did. We scheduled that day, and she was able to help me with taking my Sew in out and doing the blowout last min. She is truly an amazing woman and she helped educate me on my hair because I have been to previous hair salons(black hair salons) And they were not able to help my hair grow.And ever since I started going to her, my hair has been growing. Today, I scheduled an appointment with her to Dye my hair red again, and she was able to do it. It was an amazing time there, and everybody was super nice.She is just an amazing woman who is helping me with my hair currently. I am also an over the road truck driver, so being able to schedule something at the last minute or anything is really hard because of how my schedule is. And she is able to fit me in. When she fits me in, it doesn't feel rushed at all. And she makes sure that we talk about the thing that we're going to do before we do it to my hair. All of them that work there always make me feel welcome! Im highly grateful to be a current customer and will recommend them to anyone who is struggling with their hair and also is mixed race with texture hair! Thank you, Bailey and Shaleigh she's her associate!! It's worth the pay, worth the trip.

This salon is AMAZING! I got my color done by Emily and she did a GREAT job! Exactly what I was looking for and affordable prices! Then I got my extensions done by Kylie and it was AMAZING! Exactly what I wanted and it blends in so well, with having short/medium length hair I was worried about the blending and it literally blends so smoothly, and was worried for nothing! Everyone here is so nice! The Knot all the way!!

Absolutely loved my hair when I left! Rene did an amazing job and it came out exactly like the inspiration pictures I showed her before hand. I am so in love with my balayage, I seriously could not have had a better result!

I was pretty disappointed with my experience at this salon. I was excited to come in — my friend got a haircut here that I loved which is why I made an appointment. I have long thick hair and asked for layers to give volume. The girl that did my hair was newly pregnant and not feeling well that day (for which I was trying to be gracious about). As a paying customer, I would’ve preferred she stayed home if she wasn’t feeling well rather than come in and give me a haircut halfway. The whole time, I felt like my hair was a burden because of the frequent comments similar to that of “yeah, you have A LOT of hair”
She took almost an hour doing a technique she called “slicing” which to me just thinned my hair out significantly(not what I wanted). After she finished that she told me she was going to give me my actual haircut. Midway through the haircut she was consulting another stylist on how to do layers for my hair. The other stylist was showing her but she couldn’t figure it out and asked that she do it. Eventually, she went to the back because she wasn’t feeling well and the other stylist finished my haircut. There was no communication about what I wanted. She just left and didn’t come back. At this point I didn’t have the time to ask anyone to fix it because I had been there for almost two hours and I needed to get my kids.
When I left, my hair was a little shorter, a lot thinner, and nothing like I wanted. I get one (maybe two) haircuts a year for budget reasons and I was really disappointed that I came here for it.

Easy to make an appointment. Very clean. Very organized. Tons of parking. Everyone there is very friendly. I absolutely love Arden she always does a great job on my hair. They use great products and they are priced accordingly. Zero complaints and only love for this salon!

i was in desperate need of a haircut and had heard of The Knot. I called, never expecting to get an actual appointment on such short notice and being a first-timer.. But... I was able to see Lisa Tran the very next day. So glad, too - I felt like a human being again after Lisa gave me a perfect haircut and style.
By the way, this salon is so bright and cheerful and I felt better just upon enteeing! I think I've found my "new hair pkace!"Seriously , she returned my sanity and I already have my next appointment i

Been coming to The Knot for quite a few years now. I just love this place! Everyone that I have come across have been very friendly and good. I especially LOVE Kylie who has been doing my hair since day one! She always knows what I want and what looks good on me. Even now, as age/hair thinning has crept up on me she always has the answer for me. I always feel "sassy" and pretty after she works on my hair! She and her salon is truly the BEST! Feeling 30 yrs younger after my latest visit!!

Rene is the BEST stylist I have been to!! She has helped me with my hair needs for about 6 years now and I can't imagine going anywhere else. She is very good at covering all my stubborn grays. She has also helped with my daughter's hair with a fabulous updo for prom and haircuts too. She's the best!! She'll make you feel brand new when you leave her chair!

I have been going to see Rene at The Knot Salon for over 6 years now and wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. She is absolutely phenomenal! Even after having moved further away, I would still rather drive the hour to her than try and find someone else...she's worth the drive!
