I initially refrained from giving this place a negative review because the director and supervisor, who were both very kind, called and assured us that what our child went through, as well as what my husband and I witnessed, would never happen again. However, I feel compelled to share our experience. My toddler, placed in the preschool area, was roughly treated by the caretakers. As a mother, it was heartbreaking to witness this and be unable to intervene because I was at work. It wasn’t just my child; other children were also picked up by their little arms and thrown onto the mats for nap time. Also, my child never skips lunch and always looks forward to eating what he is given. However, I witnessed them taking my son's plate away, leaving him to sit and watch other kids eat. I will never bring my child back to this place, knowing that these people still work there. If the caretakers find the job overwhelming, I suggest they find different employment, as this is clearly not the right place for them.

Children's Courtyard of Keller has truly been a lifesaver for our family. For the past three years, our now 5-year-old has been under the exceptional care of Emily, Esme, and Irma. These dedicated teachers also looked after our 6-year-old, providing a consistent and nurturing environment that made a world of difference in our children's early development.Our 9-year-old also attends their camp, and we have been equally impressed with the experience. The entire staff, including Director Heather and Veronica, Virginia, Victoria, Irma, Esme, Carrie, and Emily, are outstanding. Their commitment to creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment is evident in everything they do.Every member of the team goes above and beyond to ensure that each child feels valued and supported. We are incredibly grateful for the love, care, and attention they provide, and we apologize if we've missed mentioning anyone. Thank you, Children's Courtyard of Keller, for being a cornerstone in our children's growth and happiness.

Let me tell you. Mom of 5 and boy I cannot say ENOUGH good things about this loving community. From the sweetest teachers to the most friendly staff - I am literally friends with everyone! If you're looking for someplace for your LO where you'll have peace of mind, a loving and fun environment, this is THE place. To the staff I LOVE Y'ALL. My baby is definitely going to miss you guys. Kindergarten here we come!

As you know, my 5 year old had her last day at Children's Courtyard last week before we make our move to another state in a couple of weeks.It is with my deepest respect and love that I tell you what a gift you all have been in our lives since she started going there. Since the time she was 2 1/2, there has never been a doubt in my mind that when she was there, she was well taken care of, loved, and pushed to be better as a person and student. She is better because of you all. She is also allowed to be herself because of you all.But not just that, you all are the most wonderful staff to parents!! I always feel so welcomed and respected as a working parent when I walk through those doors. It has become so evident to me how unique you all are as a staff and in your mission as we have moved on to public school.Bottom line is that hands down, CCY Keller has changed my mind on what a daycare service can be in a community. It IS a community. And I am so grateful to have had you all in our lives. You will not be forgotten.

I wanted to write a review to let parents know how their children are being cared for especially away from the daycare and on field trips. Today we were at Chuck E Cheese and we were amazed how well organized this Daycare was with such a large group of children. All daycare workers had clipboards and were constantly moving around their designated area of their group of kids actually watching their groups. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend this daycare . Great Job to your dedicated workers.

My son has been going to them since he was 3 months old. They all have been nothing but fantastic. Miss Brittany is very attentive, listens great, and really views our child as her own. When I drop him off I don't worry about a thing because I know he will be well taken care of. He also has learned so much, I swear he comes home and shows me what he learned that day and he is only 6 months old. Also I know Miss Jasmine just started but I can already tell she amazing, she always has a smile on her face. I can only say you will be missing out if your child doesn't attend this school. Thank you to all of the staff for taking care of our boy. ??

Wonderful staff. Amanda and Kelsey were patient and informative answering my eight thousand questions about enrollment and care here. Their customer service was excellent. Love that this location has cameras and app to check in on your baby. Five stars!

I’ve had my kiddo with the Childrens courtyard for 3 years. My kiddo enjoys his teachers. I appreciate the Mrs ashley and Mrs Veronica. 2 wonderful teachers always helping and teaching our kiddos the right way.

Our 3 and 5 year old sons just started going here about a month ago and we are so pleased with our experience! The staff is incredibly friendly, sweet to our boys and very easy to work with. Five stars!

My son has attended the summer program here for the last 5 summers and it has been great! He has a blast and everyone is always friendly/helpful when I have questions. I'm sad the summer is ending, I know he will miss everybody.

This school has changed my outlook on child care. If you are thinking of joining your child to this school do not hesitate. All the teachers are great. They will treat your child like their own. I wasn't happy at my sons last location and since changing I have never been more happy. They address all concerns quickly and with care. They have camera's for worried parents. Also a great app for keeping you up to date on your child including pictures and cute videos.Thanks for everything...... Alissa, Amanda, Ashley, Esmeralda, Gabby, Irma, Veronica, Kari. Really thank you to the entire staff.

We started our little girl at this daycare in June of 2017, Anna was 7 months old. We were incredibly anxious and nervous about leaving our child for the first time, but Children's Courtyard did an amazing job at helping both me and our girl with the transition. They were incredible at working with us and our schedules to make the transition as easy as possible. Anna quickly adapted, and now walks in with a smile on her face every morning. They give constant updates on what's going on throughout the day, and also post pictures of activities. The cameras are AMAZING. My husband and I, as well as our parents are able to log on and check on her at any point in the day. It's such peace of mind to not have to wonder how she is doing. They show genuine concern for Anna, and take a very active part in helping her to grow. I couldn't have asked for a better daycare to be apart of for the first time. Highly recommend!

Our son has been attending CCY Keller since we moved here in 2015. Since that time he has really flourished and learned far more than we expected. The staff and teachers are very caring and attentive to the students' needs. We've been very happy with our experiences here!
