Beautiful Venue, but staff are very rude and have zero hospitality. I recently attended the birthday party hosted by one of the most prominent business women in DFW. The party was for her kids and we were very excited to take part in their celebration, but this excitement unfortunately was very short lived when we arrived at the venue.When we arrived, we were met by the Bowden staff unprofessional behavior. They had no smiles on their faces, no welcoming behavior, and had very mean demeanor throughout the evening. Their expressions and attitude made me feel like I was there for a free meal and the staff were paying for it. On another instance, I was asking one of the staff where the restrooms were and they just walked past me like I was invisible.I am normally not the one to write reviews online, but had to share my bad experience here so that it will not repeat to other guests in the future. I really felt bad for the hosts as they are genuinely nice people. If it was me hosting a party in the future, I would not come back here.

We recently attended a birthday party at the Bowden venue and the staff there were very uninviting. Overall, the venue was nice, but there were several instances during the party that the staff were very unwelcoming. For example, we overheard few of the Bowden staff members cussing at the food caterers while we were grabbing food. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. We weren’t able to enjoy the party because the chef tried to remove the food even though there were many people yet to eat. That was just the beginning but we will definitely never book with them for any of our future parties for our family.

The best wedding venue I've been to.The catering is perfect. The grilled Mahi Mahi and beef tenderloin was perfectly cooked and seasoned.The cakes were amazing. Staff was super helpful. Overall experience was great. This is definitely one worth considering.You can expect a 5 star experience here. Everything is clean and designed with attention to every detail.

Location and our room and entrance was fancy and nice, food was dry and not good. We were there for a school sports banquet. The servers were nice and did a good job, the plating looked good, but the steak was really overcooked and the chicken was almost inedible due to being so dry. The potatoes and broccoli were good. I just know food costs a lot of money, and many people commented how badly the meat was prepared.

Our wedding at the Bowden was a memorable occasion! The venue is absolutely beautiful and the chef’s food is very delicious! We worked with some great people along our planing process. It is a good venue to consider for any bride looking to have a classic and beautiful wedding!

We attended a graduation here. The parking situation is easy. The lot is large and well lit.The facility is gorgeous. The windows in the main room are breathe taking. Every detail was taken care of.We will be looking into using this location for engagement photos and our upcoming wedding.Highly recommend

When I came to this location for a business event. It was a spectacular view. The people that hosted us, was great very helpful the servers we even better very professional. The scenery outside was nice. The inside of both building was amazing nice and elegant and the other building was like a chapel, I was amazed by how it look. Definently a place to host a event.

My husband and I heard of The Bowden through a friend and we immediately went to go tour the venue. We loved the beautiful chapel with large windows allowing natural sunlight for our ceremony, the dark wooden beams above us, and the ample amount of space for our guests. The reception hall is next door to the chapel which was very convenient. The Grand Ballroom is so modern, maintained very well, and created a great environment to make a memorable night with all your loved ones!Indian weddings require coordination, teamwork, professionalism, and most importantly, good timing. The Bowden, the employees, and the lovely day of coordinators worked so hard to ensure our day was perfect. Our family and friends enjoyed the tasty food made by the chef, great drinks from the kindest bartenders, and loved dancing the night away!We would recommend this venue to our family and friends! Beautiful venue and great people to work with!

What a beautiful venue to celebrate a special day! From our initial visit to our final decision to go with Bowden, we have no doubt that this will be the perfect venue for our celebration. The chapel is simply gorgeous and the natural light through the large windows will make the wedding cheerful and bright. The ballroom is just the right amount of grandeur, but not over the top. The high ceilings and large windows give this space a nice openness and the patio in the back is a nice, extra space for anyone that wants a little time outside. Shelly has been very helpful in providing information and truly made us feel welcome and excited to choose this venue for the wedding.

The Bowden was the perfect place for us to get married! The staff was so helpful during the whole wedding process and also keeping me calm during a pandemic wedding. It is a beautiful venue and the chapel is absolutely breathtaking! Also, the food was amazing. So many of my guests told us it was the best wedding food they have ever tasted and my husband and I could not agree more! The Bowden is the best of the best and we are so incredibly happy we got married there!
