Great place! I've been buying from Tex Art Stone for almost 20 years! Great customer service from the ladies inside! Would recommend Tex Art to everyone!

Stopped by to pick up flagstone for a small project. Everyone was super kind and helpful. The selection is plentiful and the prices are good.

Customer service isn’t too friendly. Kind of like you’re bothering them. Got there at 2:30 PM or about 30 min prior to closing on Saturday and they were not happy. Started putting up closing signs and parked a forklift in front of the gates. It’s much pricier than Site One. Cost me $69 a yard for limestone versus $39. Site One was super nice to me. Note that I am a consumer and I do not have any interest in either company.

Had a great experience with Tex-Art Stone. I needed some rock to put on the side of the house where the grass doesn't grow. It would be a small order compared to contractors I saw coming and going while I was there, but they were happy to take the time with me to review the options and the prices. They were able to deliver just a few days later, and on the day they called in advance and arrived when they said they would. The amount they recommended was a bit more than I needed, but I was happy to have too much rather than too little. I'm quite happy with the result. The price seemed reasonable to me too.

This is a great landscaping and yard resource business for commercial contractors and home owners. They have it all! The owner is a very nice lady who hires great employees. Be sure to ask for Joel if you need help, he's the best!

Twice today I called to try to get prices and twice I was put on hold for 10 minutes. I run a local landscaping business but I guess I will just have to take my money somewhere that knows how to operate a telephone. Also the girl has a bad attitude before she puts you on hold, then when some random person picks up ten minutes later they ask if Im being helped?? How could I be getting helped if Im on hold? Bad customer service just lost you a business account.

They really provide poor service, especially the cashier, with an arrogant attitude. She wanted me to carry by hand, like 300 pounds of limestone from between 60 ft far away,

Homeowner here! I've driven by this place A LOT, but never was sure if it was for the average homeowner or contractors. I was in the market for 3 cu yards of crushed limestone and didn't want to go get a million bags from homedepot etc. They were really awesome in allowing me to split the pickup in 3 loads (didn't want to overload my truck). They also offer (within 5 mile range) to deliver at a cost.I WILL BE BACK!

Found very good quality cobble stone here for my French drain project - they load the product for you as long as you stay with 1/2 or 1 ton increments. The front staff was very friendly and helpful (+ a very good-looking crew ?️). This is my go-to place now for dirt, mulch, rock, etc., no more hauling Home Depot/Lowes bags ✊

We’ve been several times and it’s always a good experience. If you have a truck, this is the place to buy all of your rocks and soil.

Purchased garden soil for a new vegetable garden from Tex-Art Stone. After giving them my dimensions they delivered approx 5 yards. This was way more than I needed. We've tried multiple times to get them to come out and pick up the remaining dirt. After multiple weeks, they have refused. It's frustrating to say the least. I've had to use a shovel to get the overflow off my grass so it's not killed. I don't need anything from these guys at this point just wanted others to know they did not do the right thing by me and my family.

The "driver determined placement fee" is a huge rip off!! Nothing more than a mandatory tip for a driver who's attitude sucked. Done with this place, mulch bought previously was garbage. Do not go here for any reason!!! Rock was "placed" 15 feet from truck it was brought on only because it can't be left "placed in the road". As an added bonus the counter person at time of purchase was inept at best.

An unpleasant experience. Inside staff were rude, both to me and to the one other woman who was both helpful and polite. And I was accused of having someone in my vehicle when I first weighed prior to finding a couple of pieces, but not having someone with me when I weighed for the sale. Of course I didn't do any such thing, first because I'm honest, and second because the two weight differences should've shown that. I've also always assumed the weigh-station area had cameras with which to verify vehicle occupation, so that this kind of accusation would be unnecessary. It's a good way to lose business.Theft may be a problem, fine. But be careful how and when you make accusations. Look at the two weights. Look at the video images. And finally - if you don't like dealing with the public, and therefore rudeness is part of your DNA, get a different job.
