This is my kids' second daycare, so a lot of my opinions are based on a comparison of the two daycares my kids went to. I just love this place and everyone who works there. I switched my kids to this daycare because there seemed to be more structure in their schedules, and my son was especially unhappy about attending his old school every day. I was shocked when, on day 2 of attending Southlake Early Care, my son did not have a meltdown about being dropped off and just casually walked into his classroom, excited to see what everyone was up to. He didn't even turn around to say goodbye to me. He is just so happy to come here every day. At the old school, some days he would come home with the same diaper he had on when I dropped him off. They were under the impression that he was potty trained, when he was actually still working on it. But at Southlake Early Care, he was consistently reminded and helped in using the bathroom. He is now completely potty trained (for daytime) and doesn't wear pull ups during the day at all. As for my daughter, at her old school, she was getting one 20-minute nap for the whole day because they did not have a consistent nap schedule for all the babies. When we moved her to Southlake Early Care, I was a little wary about how they get all the babies in the room to nap at the same time. But they do. She now naps at least two hours every day, and she is so much more lively and happy in the evenings at home. One day, when I dropped her off after a long weekend, she ran straight to her teacher, who was sitting on the floor playing with the other babies. She jumped into her arms and gave her a big hug. It makes me so happy to see that my kids have a connection with the people I trust to take care of them all day. The staff are also very friendly and easy to talk to. They know my name, always ask how things are going, and they instantly know which kids are mine (unlike previous school). Oh and it is cheaper than most other daycares!!! Not only is it cheaper, but they also include supplies -- diapers, wipes, formula, all meals, etc. You can also tell that their teachers are happy to be there, which was not the same at the previous daycare. From what I can tell, Southlake Early Care treats their teachers well, and it makes the kids happier, too.

both my children absolutely love going here! the staff is great, always welcoming, and my kids have loved their teachers in all classrooms they've been in. Mrs. Amy, Mrs. Sue, and Mrs. Kristen are all wonderful.

I cannot say enough good things about this daycare facility! As a first time mom, I was extremely skeptical and had TONSSS of mom guilt about my daughter starting daycare. Southlake Early Care has helped my daughters growth tremendously! This daycare has tons of activities and events for the children and families!The staff is very welcoming, professional, and kind. Ms. Samantha, Ms. Brandi, Ms. Ashley, Ms. Clover, Ms. Amy, Ms. Alma, Ms. Sue, and Ms. Kristin all have gone above and beyond for the Canty family, and we appreciate you all ! For the staff I was unable to name, I appreciate the great VIBES in the morning/afternoons, the smiles, and kind gestures! Thanks Southlake Early Care!

I would not recommend any one take their child here, this establishment has is very bias and prejudices in my opinion. This daycare is a high risk to any parent, they will call CPS with no warning, no previous incident reports, no marks or proof of abuse, no authorization from a manager or some one in a higher position. I mean seriously! This daycare definitely caters the the Caucasian race. Be aware parents

Always goes above and beyond! You feel apart of their family from day one! Somehow they greet you (the parent) EVERY single day by name! It’s magic I don’t know how they remember everyone’s name like that, just an example that they put effort into the little things, that make them worth a 5 star rating !!!!!
