I went into Sherwin Williams on Rufe Snow in Keller to get another gallon of paint (last purchased in 2016) Reggie informed me that SW discontinued the brand last June but said Watauga SW still carried it. Reggie called the Watauga store and they indeed had what I was looking for. At the Watauga SW a young lady by the name of Josie entered the formula for the paint and informed me that an exact match may not be possible, no guarantee. I found the paint to be a 99% match once applied to my existing paint. I am extremely impressed with these two SW employees. They were both extremely helpful, kind, professional and I will recommend both stores to family & friends. Reggie & Josie, thank you.

Tommy was so helpful and made us feel confident in each step in the painting process. Based on Google, there’s 100 ways to prep and paint wood and we were overwhelmed by it all, so having him walk us through all we needed to do was what we needed to finish our project!

Be careful when you go here, they will assume you need interior paint when you need exterior and then not make it right. We will not use Sherwin Williams again!

Worst experience I have ever had. Robert (bald guy with beard) was extremely rude and blamed me as the customer for all of the store mistakes. They got my order completely wrong and would do almost nothing to fix it. What little they did do he was not without an argument in front of the entire store and customers. Very rude and not customer friendly at all. I would highly recommend taking my business somewhere else. I am now stuck with the wrong paint (store fault) and they were not even willing to meet me in the middle somewhere. I have never been treated with such disrespect.
