Went to get some paint I already had to match. Brought my can of paint in totally intact. Asked the guy to help match it. He put it on the shaker and somehow he poked a hole in the can. He tried to tell me that I brought it in that way. Hmmm.. Nope, I would've had a trail of paint coming into the store.. I just asked for another can and they said they didn't have one. So, he put a piece of tape over it. I should've walked out. But my painter needed it asap. I went to pay and he overcharged me by $50.. Another guy credited it back, but I haven't seen it yet on my app. If you're looking for competency, this is not the place.

Joshua was amazing to work with at this location. We got 18 gallons of paint mixed and put into our truck in less than 20 minutes. Definitely five star customer service and so efficient! We’ll be back.

My husband has been in the Painting business for more than 15 years, has been to almost every SW store in DFW with no problem and this location is the worse. The manager has no clue what’s customer service obviously. This store only makes you waste time. Employees have no clue about store products. Very disappointed.

I really wanted to try again this store but since the old. 2016 crew left, it’s been a disaster or rudeness…. Claiming they don’t do samples, wanting to sell only gallons? Somehow the other guys said maybe we can make in a quart size…. Was charged 26 dollars for a paint that I explicitly said I wanted a different brand? Management is rude and frankly worse way to earn business. Most of us are switching to Texas paint …. Sad since this location is accessible and easy to get to..

I went in trying to find some interior gray stain. Everyone there was very helpful. Robert offered to show me samples and while he was unaware, I had tried to achieve this over the past couple weeks. 10 minutes with him and I could finally put this part of the building experience behind me. He has great expertise and was very happy to assist.He is an asset to this company.
