i would like to share my HORRIBLE, REVOLTING, DISGUNSTING, DISTURBING EXPERIENCE. i walked into a sephora yesterday. inside contained a total of 27 little girls age ranging from 7-9. they were in the drunk elephant section, and using tandomtesters. WHAT THEY DID WITH THE TESTERS WAS HORRORFYING. TO BEGIN, they took out a tester and one of the girls reached into her pocket and pulled out a TOY RAT. after applying the skincare, they put eyeshadow and lipstick in its eyes. they decided to put the skincare ON the rat. the TOY rats eyes was beginning to FALL OFF. they decided to take the eys and throw them AT ME. then they proceeded to STEAL my cart and buy everything in it. wouldn't recommend.

Dropped by for alot of help by a expert with make-up. But this Sephora don't apply make-up they only sell it. I was not helped with shades or brands. The sales lady just pointed out afew brands & walked away leaving me to select everything my self. This was her chance to sell but didn't. The one thing that I did buy will be returned I didn't even open it. I drove straight to Ultragot a lesson on how to apply make-up.. got help selecting brands & shades & I even walked out with a full face of make-up on my face & a full bag of items & a curl ! This Sephora missed out on a lot of $$$

All though this Sephora has a bit more products than the flower mound location the service was horrible.Not once did the older lady (I'm assuming is the manager) or the younger lady ask if we need help. They were very chatty with each other. They would help someone if asked.A 3rd employee came in after we had been there for quite a while and she was the first one to ask if we needed help.Even though they had a few of the products I couldn't find at flower mound, I probably stick with continuing to go to flower mound or order online.I hope the kohls near me opens their sephora soon.

the customer service was truly the worst i’ve ever received at any sephora before. i had asked for a makeup sample & they were unwilling to help me. the girls gave me a stupid look and made me feel uncomfortable and judged. rather order online than interact with the associates inside.

Worst Sephora I've ever been too. I came in about 20 minutes before they closed which I normally would never do but I needed a last minute Father's Day gift and I knew exactly which cologne I wanted so I rushed in. When I walked up there was two girls working. 1) they were gossiping about fellow coworkers saying they wish they could just work with "normal people". They didn't greet me, smile at me nothing. I ignored it. Whatever I get it I was an immature girl at one point too. They didn't have the cologne I was looking for so I started to spray some that might be similar. Again no offer to help me, if I needed help finding something, just no acknowledgment. I sprayed the sample I was going to buy and then one close to it to see if it smelled similar and as I look over one of the girls just gave me the dirtiest look like I was bothering her life. I threw the sample papers in the trash and walked out. I've worked at Sephora before and I was not about to give these girls a $200 sale. My plan was to buy my fiancé a colognes and then grab my face wash and my perfume I normally wear but I'll wait till tomorrow morning and go to my Sephora close to home.

I was walking around the store trying to find the makeup I usually use and couldn’t find it. I was walking around aimlessly looking for it. I thought it was obvious I needed help. There were 3 employees up at the desk too busy talking with each other to apparently ask if I needed help. I couldn’t find what I needed, but I would’ve tried something new if they would’ve suggested something. Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I would not come back here unless I was desperate for a product and pressed for time. Maybe because I have mainly been to Sephora in larger cities, but this location was nowhere near any experience I've ever had. There were two associates. One disappeared for a while and there was a younger one replenishing some inventory. I asked her a couple of questions and she seemed bothered that I was interrupting her. Additionally, every reply I got was, "I don't know". Previously, if I encountered an associate that was unfamiliar with a product, they would say so, and either ask a coworker for feedback or they would ask me questions & recommend a product they had familiarity with. When I approached her to check out, once again she seemed bothered that I was interrupting her. I actually went looking for her coworker when I needed to check out but she was nowhere to be found. Observation: Not that this is crucial, but when I enter a Sephora, I always notice the skillfully applied makeup of the associates and though most of it is more "art" than a daily makeup look, & that gives me the reassurance that they know about products and techniques. Here, neither looked like they were even wearing much makeup & appeared much more casual like retail associates and not cosmetics associates. I've been to a few Sephora locations at JC Penney and it was a lot more of a "Sephora experience". Again, that was not crucial, but the lack of knowledge & attitude I received because I had questions is why I don't plan to return. I gave 2 stars only because they had stock of what I went there to get.

Do not bother ordering an item and expecting same day pick up regardless of what the app, email, and confirmation all say... when the staff are so disorganized that everyone gets out of line to self checkout.. that's a clue. First girl laughed when I said I ordered it 30 minutes ago The whole point of going was to get the item for immediate use. If I wanted to wait until tomorrow I would have ordered via Amazon. The lady running the store was kind enough to appear as though they would check for my item when it was obvious it was not in store. I checked the shelves myself and no way was this a regular item there, despite what the app said having some in stock. Overall, I like the Sephora element, the store has great potential to be really nice and run right with proper management which is why the rating is 2 and not 1. Just don't waste your time and money on online pick up, unless you have an item in hand...

“ Sephora “. Yet they don’t accept Sephora gift cards , what a waste of trip!!! I am very upset and disappointed, that is ridiculous!!!! Not a real Sephora!!! Terrible service!!!!!! It’s ridiculous how they can’t take sephora gift cards yet it’s supposed to be a Sephora store!!!! NO POINT OF HAVING A SEPHORA INSIDE IF YOU CANT EVEN TAKE THE GIFTCARD FOR THE ACTUAL STORE IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE!! ITS PATHETIC DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!!! RUDE LADY WORKING AND RUDE SERVICE !!!! I WILL NOT EVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!! RIDICULOUS!!!

Went to this location for the first time and the girls working behind the counter were just chatting the whole time amongst themselves. They didn’t even offer to help me with what I was looking for. I’ll stick with Ulta.

The ladies here linger around the aisles and are quick to help you. I ended up picking up some items from The Ordinary and was surprised by how affordable the prices were. I haven't tried the products yet this is more. a review of the store. The have a lot of make-up/skin care in stock, however if you are wanting a viral product advertised on TikTok there is a strong possibility the product won't be in stock. I like how clean the aisles are and the presentation of the store. If I end up liking The Ordinary then I know where to get some more of their products.

Love the selection of beautiful clothes!! I ALWAYS find what I'm looking for. Wonderful associates that are always helpful and friendly. I have NEVER had a bad experience at the Kohl's in Keller. Love your sales. I ALWAYS gets good deals on everything that I purchase. And your online shopping is great!! I can't go wrong shopping at Kohl's. It's my favorite store. Especially the Keller location.
