This location is usually super busy. Parking is sometimes a challenge. The store itself is really nice to shop in.

Had come here yesterday for some errands and as I was walking, one of the workers (those types that stand in one place to ask which internet provider you have whenever you come near them or etc.) had asked me “Where are the rest of your clothes?” while his coworker laughed at his “joke”. It’s hot outside and I’m literally wearing a tank top and jeans. I hope I never see him again the next time I come.

Special shout out to KJ in Keller. I had a mess up on my pick up order that was 100% my fault. He was able to adjust the system and allow us to pick up our order early. Even hand delivered to us. Thank you for helping and not just dismissing us. Appreciate the service

My husband and I typically go to the Keller location. The employees are helpful and easy to find if you have questions no matter what time of day.

Wish that I didn't have to stop at the door the last trip. Had 2 items in my arms plus my pizza from the deli area. Lady at the door was trying to grab my pizza instead of the two items I had which she needed to scan that I was trying to hand to her.

Sam's Club is an awesome place to go shopping. The store is beautiful, always in order very clean and well-stocked. All the workers are very nice and helpful. I love going on Sundays after church because they cook up samples of their food items for tasting, I love the rib eye steak and the asparagus. I use Sam's checkout app on my android phone, so it allows me to be able to avoid the checkout line and long lines, Sam's application is fantastic! It's great being a member of Sam's club....
