It's a good store but the taste and tips ppl are SO RUDE my 11 year old and my 13 year old went to go get a sample and the lady was so rude and said u need your dad and she could have been WAY nicer when she that get your dad her tone was so rude then a mother kid comes and try's to take one and she says get your dad then the kids says but I'm 12 then she technically starts yelling and said I don't care you need your dad and her tone was so rude I don't understand why u need a parent to get a sample js let the kid get the food and go The customer service is so rude

This review is about Sam's Club supposedly called "Elite Mastercard". I have been a member for over 15 years and a new Mastercard holder. I made a payment on Oct. 19, 2023 which was a Thursday. The payment was debited from my checking account Monday October 23rd 2023. Today, Wednesday October 25th 2023, the payment still has not posted to my account and not added to my credit limit. I called customer service and I was told that Sams Club already received my payment and will be posted tomorrow October the 26th because it's still in processing status. This is the only credit card i had this experience with. This was done on purpose just like any other unethical credit card company for card holders to pay a late payment fee even though payment was made way before the due date. Sams Club credit card is issued by Synchrony. Stay away from Sams Club credit card.

It's a Sam's club, what else can you say? Best to get the premium membership so you can beat the crowds and enjoy your shopping experience without people jumping all over. Their return policy is some of the best, with or without a receipt in hand.

Do not purchase large appliances and expect to get any help. I purchased a dishwasher on May 10th, 2023. It was delivered on May 26th, 2023 and I purchased the Protection plan. Long story short is the internal frame was damaged which is now causing the dishwasher not to function and when it does function it leaks. Sam's told me to contact the Protection Plan company. They told me that since its witin a year, to contact the manufacturer. Manufacturer came out today to tell me the frame is damaged and was damaged at installation/delivery and said to contact Sam's back. Sam's is telling me I am outside my 90 days of purchase date...not delivery. I seem to have done everything right by purchasing the added plan yet no can seem to help or cares to help. They just keep passing the buck onto someone else.

Review is for the Pharmacy staff. I would like to mention Marie, a pharmacy technician who stands out for her excellent work and dedication to her job. Every time I have visited the Sam's Club Pharmacy, Marie has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions are answered and that I receive the best possible care.

This one way in and one way out at the gas station is ridiculous. Anyone with their brain on can realize that they need to get rid of the one way arrows. People will be waiting several cars back and there will be two pumps open with no one pulling up to them just because of the arrows. Wake up Sam's! You're the only one way gas station I know of. Get rid of the arrows and reduce your traffic! Customers please stop following the arrows and just pull up, get what you need, and get out instead of holding up traffic.

this is the worst sam's club management i have ever come across. the most unprofessional, ageist location. they work their older employees like dogs. they are 100% trying to run older employees out of the establishment. they fire you for retaliation before a bonus that your livelihood depends on when10+ more employees have a worse attendance record than others. the managers sabine and laurice do not care about their employees. they themselves do NOTHING and have absolutely no idea how to run this store. i've seen first hand the way they treat their employees and it's disgusting. i'm in the process of working with the better business bureau because this can not continue. they expect loyalty yet give NONE of their own.

Gas prices good...pumps are slow so don't go there when the open up. They forget what time they open. The pumps will spray gas everywhere. Store ok. Pumps are horrible. Guess that's why the prices are low. It's like if you can manage to pumpIt congrats.

Normally go to the Southlake location.. Unfortunately it was affected by a recent tornado.. I found this location because a friend of mine told me about it.. MUCH better than any other location I have been to.. Clean, LOTS of variety and very nice staff.. Will definitely be back!!

I love Sam's. They make it easy to fix meals for my 15 person lunch group.I also love that I can get great gifts (love the wine gift packs).I've purchased tires from here as well.I love it!

This is a very good Sams club. Lines are usually not bad at all, especially compared to Costco. Plenty of easy parking and it's right on 1709 and 377 so it's easy access from anywhere in the Keller, Roanoke area. My only issue is lack of certain products off and on. Probably still a supply chain issue but the products in question are readily available at other store, so who knows. But I still come here on the regular to stock up.

This is our favorite Sams location. We drive a little further to come to this one. This store has always provided good customer service, and has friendly staff. The store is always clean, and pretty well stocked.

The folks at Sam's Club (201 Golden Triangle, Keller, TX) pharmacy really did a good job. We went for shingles and flu vaccines. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They made the experience pleasant. With COVID and the need for vaccines, I've been to doctor's offices, and chain drug store pharmacies. Sam's Club was the best. No appointment necessary.

So upon entering the building there are SOMEONES placed to 'see if you belong inside'. "Can I see your membership card?" You use your card to make purchases. Then upon existing you get maligned by yet other SOMEONES to ensure you haven't stolen from the joint. All the while they chant "we are just doing our jobs". ..... .......... ........... To the company executives your policies are off putting for customers. You rake in huge bankrolls of cash but you sweat all of your customers for what would be petty cash compared to your salaries. If you distrust your clientele so much maybe go into some other industry. If I didn't have a card to use at worse I would wander around and then would have to leave because I'd be unable to make a purchase without the card. Stop being assholes.
