Been using this beauty supply since they opened here in Keller. Recently I made a purchase I didn’t like. I checked the return policy and it stated that I could return a product if it was within 30 days of purchase and I had the receipt. When I went into the store to exchange the shampoo the employee wasn’t sure if she was able to do it. She took the shampoo bottle and told me that she would check with her manager in the next couple days as she was out of town. By the 5th day I called and she still didn’t have an answer for me. The following week she sent a text that she “hadn’t forgotten about me”. The next week I sent a text with no reply. Radio silence for weeks. By the 5th week of hearing nothing I went into the store to retrieve my shampoo at which time she told me they were not able to exchange it and I would have to contact the manufacturer. 5 WEEKS. Make sure you love what you are buying here. Because God forbid you want to exchange it for something else.

GREAT PLACE! The employees here are so nice and helpful. Just moved to the area. I have been doing hair for 20 years. This place is the best beauty supply in the area for customer service. I checked out all the local places and this is the only one I buy from now!

Allison saw me to all the things I needed. I needed a lot of help picking a few lines for my salon. I know I overwhelmed her and she was immensely patient and helpful. She should get commission and a raise. Do your best to keep her around.Fernanda Hitchcock

Jennifer who was managing this location is nothing short of an asset to RDA! She is the most welcoming, educated on product and store sales, competent clients come first, professional providing exceptional customer service every single time I needed to stock up which is frequently. I hope this reached her manager but also the regional manager and above!! But you guys truly have a serious leader and Star right there. I already miss her although Jessica is kind, Jennifer completes the experience and makes it and I felt she needed to be recognized and that you should know she should definitely have her own store and be a GM.
