i did a walk in a week ago- the wait time was great i sat down and they called my name right away - but its a week later and i still have not gotten my results- will try a diff location next time.

Today I went to Quest Diagnostic for a lab draw. 1st off I didn’t feel the technician wipe my arm with an alcohol wipe before she inserted the needle and after she was done she just applied gauze placed some tape over the gauze and sent me on my way. Definitely felt like a drive through service not like any blood draw I’ve had in the past. When I left the facility on my way to my car I looked down and saw blood dripping down my arm. Use caution when using this facility!

Double check if you appear on the waiting list while checking in online with your phone.
It’s happened to me and I also observed it on my last visit. If you check in using your phone, sometimes your information won’t come up on their TV. I suggest double checking. The employee response was “DO YOU SEE YOUR NAME ON THE TV???” To which the patient responded no but I have my code here in my phone, he was only dismissed and not serviced.
Also, they have been very aggressive with how they draw blood. I still have a bruise from my last visit.

Great experience. The phlebotomist, J, really helped my wife and me out. She assisted us in navigating the check-in process so we wouldn’t miss our appointment. Thanks, J and Quest diagnostics for a seamless process!

This is a horrible place to come. I waited for 2 1/2 hours for a walk in appointment. When you go to the site, there are no appointments. This office should just do all appointments.

Severely understaffed.
Sat in the waiting room with 20 patients waiting for about an hour. Only 2 people got processed so far.

Besides being friendly and calling me at the time of my appointment, the lady who drew my blood was very professional and I felt NOTHING as the needle went in. It was amazing. Thank You!!

I do not like giving my CC number for a charge before any service is even given. I've been coming to this particular Quest Diagnostics and up until my last 2 visits, never had to give a Credit Card in order to complete my blood draw. I find this ludicrous especially for a long time patient. If my tests are coded incorrectly and I'm charged because of this, I will dispute the charge from this company. Some of us pay our
bills on time and resent the implications to the contrary by this upfront practice.

I've seen dead sloths get more done in an hour. There is maybe half a person working here and don't seem to care to get more than 1 person done every 30 minutes. Honestly, an insult to phlebotomy. If there was any competition in the area, this company would no longer exist.
