I’m so thankful for Primrose School of Keller! They love my girls like their own children. I’ve been to other places and they don’t come close to Primrose!

Stephanie is responsible and strict when it comes to child safety and development. We trust her and primrose staff.

My son has been at Primrose for over a year, and has moved up through two classes. The administration is welcoming, and caring. His classroom teachers love and cherish him as if he were their own blood. I was so worried about putting him in daycare, but he loves going to school each day! I get pictures of him learning and playing with friends, and updates daily about what he is learning in class. I would recommend primrose of Keller over and over!

My child went here for some time. You will think for the amount of money you paid and the area this school is located should be an upstanding childcare/ school facility. Unfortunately is not since kids are getting hurt constantly and not even letting the parents know. My child went from liking the school to not wanted to be there anymore. He was bully by other classmate and he was not the only one. Since he was little he was not able to communicate well but we notice all the bites and nail scratches on his body. I understand this things could happen but if they don’t do anything about it is not okay. Also my child is learning so much more in his new school since is more an Academy approach instead of a child care approach Primrose School of Keller uses.

We absolutely love Primrose of Keller. Our son started there when he was just several months old. He's loved going there and the teachers take excellent care of him. My wife has really appreciated the kindness of all of his teachers and the front desk staff. At any time she can message them on the app during the day and they are responsive immediately. They send pics of our little guy and log all of his activities which gives us peace of mind. We were so nervous when we decided it was time for him to start daycare/school, and we took a while looking at a ton of schools, we are grateful we selected this location.

My 2 kids have gone to Primrose of Keller since we moved to Texas 6 years ago. My son started at 4, my daughter at 3 months. When I say I have never had to worry about my kids when they're in the care of the Primrose staff, I mean it. ? Since day one, my family and I have felt welcomed, included, up to date, aware, and confident in the care and education my children have received. Both continue to test above average within their current education level and are extremely well-rounded kiddos. A lot of this is due to the dedicated and loving staff at Primrose of Keller. It can be VERY nerve-wracking as a working parent who needs childcare and not knowing who is the best. Primrose of Keller is the best. We are part of a family here. ?

Don't take your kid here, they have been rude and unwelcoming since day one. The assistant director thinks it's okay to talk to you rudely and will get away with it. Then when I speak my own experience with her, her husband tries to harass and threaten me and my family. When I told the director she would never say she would address her and would just get me to a different topic pretty much or cut the conversation short. There are many other things going on in this school and I know I am not the only one with my own bad experiences. From what I've heard from others it's the new ownership. My son was somehow behind a rocking chair and was hit in the face hard enough to get a concussion. Our child also pulled an extension cord block down on his face while they were changing his diaper (I watched this happen), why was the extension cord even in his reach, idk. My child will come home in diapers he can't even fit in to. The teachers are nice but there is a lot of turnover and we barely get any updates or photos and the kids are not getting the attention they need to be safe. When I addressed everything it just seem to get worse, teachers would talk to me and the front staff basically took it as a joke and started being so passive aggressive and/or just wouldn't speak to us. For the amount of money we pay a week here this is the worst customer service and worst childcare I've ever seen. Coming from a different primrose that we loved it was so sad to see this kind of care and lack of respect and concern from the staff.

Best daycare close to me. The primrose schools in general are very well organized daycares with a large updated curriculum.

If you are seriously concerned about Covid and want to be reassured that you are taking your child to a place that cares, takes action, is professional, and makes you feel that you’re being answered to, this is NOT the place. We are very disappointed with the owners of this school and how they handle a Covid case and how much they (don’t) do to protect others.

We have had both of our sons in this school for the better part of 4 years now. We moved away briefly and found that even other Primrose schools aren’t as friendly and well run as this location. The teachers have very low turnover and have all been great.

We’ve been primrose parents for years up to this point.Started out a decent school, but after the VP left things changed. Turnover in the teachers + less structure = chaotic class rooms.Additionally, accountability issues have been some of the problems as well as inconsistencies from one class to the next.Unfortunately, If you bring it up, be prepared for the owners to blame you and your child, or make excuses. Infact, the owners dug up anything not to consider possible internal problems.Eventually my kid was targeted and could do no right. Some teachers even changed their stories in reporting things. The school overall has potential to be what it was; it just might take time.

We visited many preschools and this wound up being our top choice. Although the price tag is hefty, it came out lower than 3/4 of the places we visited. That didn't sway our decision though.Upon arrival, we were met with a wonderful and caring Director (Angie) who took us on our tour. This is a franchise owned location, and the owners only own this one location. I am told they are on property daily. The teachers at Primrose all must have degrees in order to work there. You can totally tell they are all well educated, caring, and they all seem to enjoy what they do. I was comfortable with each teacher, as a potential caregiver for my children. There's a kitchen in the center of the facility, where the children's meals are cooked every day. It smelled delicious when we arrived at 9am, as the chef was making a peach crisp for afternoon snack :). YUM!Every child there was engaged and working on one thing or another. I really liked each classroom setup. The facility is smaller than some of the preschools we visited, but it also means smaller enrollment sizes, smaller student/teacher ratio. All very welcome differences than the many other facilities we visited. They playground equipment was well maintained, and ample for the kids. We did, however, see other facilities that had more extravagant play equipment, but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. They have a side yard with room to run, and is used for the on-location gymnastics, soccer, and other vendors that visit once weekly. They also have a fun little outdoor garden for the older kids. They take part time and full time students, they also have half-day options, and an after-school program. They take a wide span of ages, and also house their very own private Kindergarten program. As the children get older, they can go on field trips, but I believe they have to be school aged. Parents are given the option of receiving their updates on their children by form that they receive when they pickup their kids, or digitally. You get these updates daily. They do not have cameras on location, for the parents to access during the day. When embarking on the journey to find a preschool, I was incredibly nervous. My mom runs a childcare center out of state, where my kids attended previously. I didn't think anything could top that, or even make me feel comfortable. Not only did my children feel comfortable, welcome, and happy here, but so did my husband and I. This was without a doubt, our top pick.
