Matt went above and beyond assisting me with a faulty car battery. I was at Valvoline with a battery spewing acid. He brought me a new battery, mostly because I was scared to drive 1.5 miles to him! He took care of me in less than 15 minutes. 5 stars just isn’t enough! Fantastic job and THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you!

store employee Larry had a very negative attitude
tried to purchase parts and turn a ROTOR
the Rotor was and had plenty of SPECS to turn it , Store Employee LARRY was upset and did not feel and did not want to do his job and right away proceeded with telling me that per manager we can not Turn this rotor
very vey unprofessional
very rude !
been shopping at this location since 2009
and will never buy anything at this store

Matt was so amazing. He helped me out. My car was overheating and he got me the right product and help me figure out what to do how to tell when it was full everything. He went above and beyond what he needed to so thank you, Matt.

I recently visited this location to have my battery changed in my jeep. Despite it being over 100 degrees outside, my salesperson Daniel did not once complain. I felt like I was given great customer service and the other employees at this location were friendly and offered help while we waited. It is apparent that Daniel takes pride in his work. I have been going to their competitor for years but after this experience, I will be coming back. It is not just cost as customer service goes a long way for me.

Received expert advice when my engine light came on, dealer issue. Bought new windshield wipers. The engine light report and installation of wipers were free. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees.

Quick stop to pick up an air filter. Limited stock but fortunately they had one left. Employees were quick with ringing up the transaction and got me back on the road in no time at all.

Honestly the best auto store I've ever been to. I've been in a few times for odd things, windshield wiper fluid, a battery, some wipers, and everytime the employees jave gone above and beyond to help my dad and I. They always ask if I know what I'm doing (I rarely do lol) and they always offer to either do the replacement for me, or to TEACH me how to do it. I really appreciate the time they take with each customer!!
