Dr. Shelby Holland( Nurse practitioner actually but don't know the proper way to respectfully address her name) and the staff who support her are capable, kind, and make time to understand you. When I bring in my kid to an appointment, everyone showed the same kindness to her. I have never come from an appointment angry or without a solution to the problem. They make sure to only do tests that are needed, no bill padding. If you know your issue and can give her clear details and solutions that work (or don't), Dr. Holland takes those seriously along with her own knowledge (which I trust as well). This is a generally good, helpful place and Dr. Holland is someone who knows how to support (and take seriously) women (and I'm sure other patients).
