I have been seeing Dr. Dugas for 5 years now and consistently struggle to get a prescription that works for me, which never happened with prior optometrists. This year I went to her with the same struggle and also a month-long eye twitch which started with my latest prescription/glasses. However because I did not buy my glasses from her practice (at a cost of $500-ish) she would not even look at them to help identify if the problem was my eyes or my glasses. Further, when I asked for an exam re-check, she painfully rushed me through it, and now in my portal I have a prescription with all zeroes. I am done using this place, and now I am forced to pay out of pocket for another eye exam elsewhere this year so I can see.

Front desk ladies were so rude. Stated that they don’t take patients after a 10 min grace period. My mistake for thinking my appointment was at 3:40pm.. instead of 3:30pm. I could’ve gone to the bathroom and they still would’ve refused to see me. I explained it was a mistake and I took off work for this appointment. I was the last appointment of the day and there was still plenty of time for me to be seen. 5 minutes shouldn’t have been a huge deal for me to have to reschedule. Most doctors office do a 15 min grace period, or work with patients on things like this. The parking lot was empty, and it wasn’t even busy. I will not be rescheduling with them.

I had my eye appointment today to get contacts. Dr. Dugas was amazing! The ladies at the front were so sweet as well. I will definitely continue coming here!

hi I live in the area so I thought it would be nice to go somewhere close unfortunately that wasn’t the case the front desk was very helpful with my insurance but the timing needs some improvement I made an appointment so I didn’t have to wait that was @3:40 I wait in the lobby for about 30mins till I even get to the back to the exam room Im finally back there I do a couple test the send me back to the lobby to wait once again says “we are waiting on are room to open up” at this point I’ve been here 45 mins haven’t even see the eye doctor unfortunately I didn’t see the doctor I ended up having to leave to go pick up my child so very disappointed with my visit

I have been to several Optometrists throughout the mid-cities and none of them come close to the customer service that you receive at My Eye Doctor in Keller.From the time I entered the facility the lady at the front desk was very welcoming and polite.Then the testing with the Optometrist's assistant was very professional and she seemed very knowledgeable and had time to answer any/all questions I had.Then the best part, Dr Dugas was the most professional, spent time to discuss what she saw during the testing, and gave very clear options for the path forward. I did not feel like I was in a high volume Optometrists office like I had at the last couple that I had visited where I felt like a number rather than a patient.Rush them in/rush them out doesn't happen with Dr Dugas.I have found my Forever Optometrist.
