I always come to Murphys for gas and a quick snack and run back to work. This day I stood in line to pay for 20mins!!!!!! I was livid!!! The cashier told all of us in line that she will get with us when she was done. I get that you have to document when a truck is unloading, but it shouldn’t be 20 mins + waiting time! Especially for people on lunch!!!! I got here at 12:10 it is now 12:36!!!! My lunch is over and I need to pay for my things!!!! I get that I can leave, but not with people parked in front and behind me.

I go here all the time and they are friendly enough. I just wanted to warn people that the hours on Google are wrong. I pulled up at 11pm and this is what the store looked like. I got gas but everything else is locked up early.

Be Careful with these pumps - they are NOT truthful and/or something SHADY is going on. Filled car up second time now where receipt says more than gas tank holds and miles are not correct based on driving experience/past fill ups from other stations.

Murphy USA ... On Sunday, Aug 22nd @ 15:10 p.m. My husband took my CREDIT CARD to the window to pay for our gas. We asked the girl to charge 20.00 at the window. We pumped the gas and we left. 5 minutes into our drive home I get two charge notifications from my bank for $20.00 When I looked at my account it showed a 40.00 charge. I called Murphy's store and they insisted they only charged us $20.00. I called my bank, they insist they cannot begin the dispute until the charge goes through... (it is currently, in "pending" status) I called Murphy's customer service explained that I have a charge for $40 dollars and a receipt for $20. Customer Service insists that they only charged my card for $20.00. I then explain that that I don't go to Walmart and get charged double when I buy $20.00. I went to the WINDOW, not the pump! Since I did credit, instead of debit I feel like this practice is a very shady way to take money from a customer! We went to the window, fully understanding that this would keep us from having a hold on our account for more than the cost of the charge. Only to find out that they are double charging people. You can see below that, there is definitely an issue here. Whether that is a technical issue or there is something shady going on in the store. Customer Service could have done a better job! I continually got stone walled with customer service regardless of the proof I had and also told there was NO MANAGER available when she was obviously done speaking to me. When I request the Managers name and district Mgr. Names I was only given the full name of the manager and told by the same associate the district manager for Murphy's was only giving out his first name. Believe it or not, I am that part of the population where $20 is counted in my budget. Simply it was not Murphy's to take. If there IS something shady going on in that store... they should've been more concerned about stealing from their customer! There was no satisfaction of service nor was there any restitution for what they had done! I am one customer who has been ignored by Murphy's. Who else has had this happen to them?

Surprised to find the C-store is open-air. Ergo quite small. I was there to refuel, though, and except for having to go to the booth for a receipt, it went well.

I've gone to this particular location for years, and it will literally be the only place I'll use for gas & misc items. The ease of entry & exit is a huge plus, but that's only part of the reason that this is my "go to' place. The people that work there are amazing! Sonny is always cheerful and upbeat...super friendly and knows everything about every product! I love this place!

Unfortunately decided to stop here real quick on my lunch break to grab a drink and smokes like I do every day, LOYAL CUSTOMER RIGHT HERE!! & Instead of it being a quick stop like usual, an older black lady that usually works night shift was at the window on the phone, told me to hold on & I waited there for, I kid you not, a whole ten minutes I waited before she wver asked me what I need.... My girlfriend and I were the only ones in line and tell me why it took HALF OF MY LUNCH BREAK to get cigarettes and a drink.. Come on lady!
