“I frequently shop here and always have a good experience. I stopped in today to make a return and to find jeans. They had a great selection of Womens jeans to try. I also was trying to find toddler 3T leggings and unfortunately this is the second time I've been there and there have been none in stock. The store is clean and well organized. The employee quickly and efficiently helped me with my return. I used the self check out for my purchase and it was very easy to use.”

“As a tourist visiting Texas for the first time, the Fort Worth Stockyards is place to stop at. You feel like being in an Old Western town. I wanted to buy a pair of cowboy boots and Cavender's was the first place I stopped at. Compared to places like Lucchese's, this place has boots that are on the affordable side. The first pair of boots that I tried on were the ones I ended up purchasing at the end of the day. I opted for suede instead of leather, since I was looking at them for more of a fashion statement. What I love about my boots is that it doesn't really look like cowboy boots and I could wear them with anything. Jimena was the employee who had kept them on reserve for me while I perused the other boot stores to see what else was out there before making a commitment. I am so happy with my purchase and I highly recommend coming here.”

“They are the most helpful store of ANY retail store you will visit. They know brands, they can tell you how they'll fit BEFORE you try them on, they will make suggestions. Xavier was so incredibly knowledgeable about brands that I wanted to tip him in the end. With my husband's tall frame and wanting a tighter fit, he really steered us in the right direction. We ended up buying three pairs. Great store, great employees, and Xavier rocked it all!!!”
“Love this store. Only issue is that one salesman seems to try and push everyone out the door so quickly. Went in memorial weekend and the salesman said they aren't letting people try stuff on. Roughly 30 seconds later, another gentleman walks in and another salesman immediately starts letting them try stuff on. Not sure if we just aren't being taken serious but I've bought something at this location every time I've been there. Hope to see this get improved.”
“Good experience just very busy and when busy there isn't much room to walk around in the store. Employees were very nice and courteous, we were greeted when entering and we were able to get to the back of the store to shop for merchandise, however, couldn't walk around or shop in the front of the store there was no room!”

“Had the absolute best experience the other day with Sofia! As someone who struggles with jean shopping and finding the right pair, it can be frustrating sometimes! The second I walked into American Eagle, Sofia immediately took the time out of her day to stop and help me figure out what size I was as well as providing me with a BUNCH of options to try on as well. If it weren’t for her caring as much as she does and loving her job as much as she does, I wouldn’t have found the perfect jeans like I was able to. GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!! Never have I had such an an amazing experience coming to American Eagle until I met Sofia. She is the kind of person who you can tell loves her job and loves making the people who walk in the store feel good about themselves!! She is a prime example of what quality customer service looks like and you guys should take notice of it!!!”
