Needed a small part for my Honda weedeater that I purchased there 6 years ago. Couldn’t find the part anywhere on line. The counter guy was awesome. He found a part off of another brand of weedeater that fit perfectly. He sold that one to me and reordered a part for the stock unit. The whole experience reminded me why we should avoid the big box retailers and do business with independent businesses like this one.

Complete and total incompetence. I own a fleet of equipment from Finish Mowers to heavy civil equipment and never have I experienced a company that continuously fails to sell the correct parts after providing serial no, make, model of equipment. Three times in a row they sold me the wrong parts WASTING my valuable time for down time waiting on wrong parts and shipping parts to field operations. YOU WASTED MY TIME THREE TIMES WITH WRONG PARTS. YOURE FIRED!

Great store with knowledgeable staff, eager to help you with your lawn equipment needs, whether you be a homeowner with a single mower, or a large commercial company with dozens of machines. They have the technical knowledge in the repair center to fix any problem, and will give you an honest overview of your necessary repairs. Friendly folks with a small family owned feel, and the resources to handle the large accounts as well.

I’m extremely happy to say I have found the best mower shop right in my neighborhood. This is the time of year when it’s time to sharpen your blades. I tried to sharpen my blades by hand and didn’t like the outcome so I decided to buy new blades. I walked into LSM Outdoor power in Keller with the intentions of buying brand new blades I spoke with Bill at the counter. Bill informed me that they sharpen blades let me tell you, Bill did an excellent job with my blades. They came back looking brand new. So if you need something done to your mower or outdoor equipment give LSM Outdoor Power in Keller a visit . Thanks, Bill!
