Had to write ANOTHER review since I can’t do two of them. Screenshot attached for the first review .
Decided to give them a chance after my first bad experience because I tend to like Lowes, well I ordered a riding mower. I wasn’t aware they come dusty and full of gunk on them, store decided not to even wash the thing to make it look presentable as I’m buying a new mower. That was the least of my worries . Took it home because unlike Home Depot they don’t have next day delivery/drop off.
Took it home and it won’t start. They had a technician put this thing together and the technician didn’t even check to make sure it starts that’s some great quality control there Lowe’s! Anyways, I spoke with ASM Lance about this and the state of the mower in general that I paid $2000 for and he said to get a new battery and it’ll fix the issue.. guess what it didn’t. I shouldn’t have to go through this troubles. I told them this is the second time with a major purchase that I have a hiccup in this store and that I needed some sort of compensation because I drove back and forth, that was put aside with the explanation of “let’s get this mower working first and I’ll put it in the notes to make it right since you’re a long time customer” followed up with “if it doesn’t work bring it in tomorrow we can refund you and get a new one delivered to you Monday “ . That is unacceptable to me. The right response should have been “I will have one delivered to you ASAP and won’t expect you to load the broken mower we sold you by yourself since you’re a disabled vet” but hey that’s how they treat their veterans I suppose. I wanted to speak to the ASM that was there this morning and the lady at customer service told her what it was about and I was told last night that it would be put in the notes so Managers are aware of my situation and will help . When I asked to speak with her she had no clue w what it was about (from what i understand)and didn’t even attempt to approach me after their worker unloaded the mower from my vehicle so at that point I was mad as hell and I doubt I’m going to get any sort of correct compensation . I do not think I’ll ever be back to this Lowe’s or any of them at that . I gave them two chances and got screwed both times .
So I returned it as you can read got my money back, lost gas money over this and definitely my patience . I’m going to take my business to Home Depot . Here are the pictures of the first review/ hiccup and the state of the mower I’m writing about. Be careful with this store and learn from my 2 mistakes

Store was fine, but when walking in and out the food vendor parked outside was just yelling “Trump” repeatedly, so maybe tell him to quiet down. Just trying to get home supplies.

Was here 45 minutes trying to get a tool box and had to ask 5 people to help me before someone did! Customer service needs help from management!

I easily got help here. A man walked by and asked if I needed help. I did. He showed me exactly which lights I needed. Lowe's just replaced Home Depot for me. Was in home depot for over hour and never could find help.

Would recommend this location, hands down! The hurst location put us through the ringer because they were too lazy to take back a defective item, but this location saved the day in so many ways. Customer service was top-notch. Store is cleaner and more organized, too.

Today I did curbside pickup and they were out within minutes. I just needed my id and a barcode and I was on my way. I received the items I ordered and everything appears to be in it's original unopened and undamaged box.
