Landscape Systems is an incredible resource with a phenomenal staff and beautiful selection. The place is always so well kept and the staff always eager to assist and very knowledgeable. We have been using them for over a decade and will continue!

I give the company 5 stars based on my experience with Brian, one of the owners who took care of some tree trimming for me a few years ago. His team did an amazing job and did everything they said they would do. His team was respectful, hard working, and helpful. They also delivered some mulch and were great. Ariel Ruibial and Nate Rixe have been extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. If Brian had a separate company, I would rate his company 5 stars and Ed's 1 star.
Unfortunately, I also had the company install over an acre of Zoysia sod around my house. I worked with Ed (another owner) on this one. When they installed the sod, I noticed some of the sod came in dead and some wasn't even Zoysia, it was Bermuda grass (less than 10%). I pointed that out to Ed and he said it wasn't a problem, they would replace it right away. He asked me for the final payment, and since everything up to this point went well and I trusted he would do what he said he would do, I paid the final payment (big mistake!).
Fast forward 7 months - still no replacement sod. Ed has told me several times he is going to take care of their mistakes and replace the dead areas and the Bermuda, but there is always an excuse for why nobody came when he said they were coming to install the sod. The only communication has happened when I either go into the store or if he takes my phone call. Never once has he called me to let me know that they had to cancel the installation.
I went in today to asked why they haven't installed the sod yet and when they will install (this is probably the 10th time in 7 months that I have had this conversation with either Ed or another employee of his). He tells me, the same line as before, "I'll go take a look at it," to that I responded, "you have been telling me the same thing for 7 months, I want to know when you are going to install the sod." He then said, "ask me again and I won't install it." Disgusted with his tone, horrible customer service and poor ethics, I realized that talking to him was useless so I walked out without responding.
Also, while they were working at my house I observed Ed mistreating his workers. I can only remember one other time in my life where I felt that bad for someone having to work for someone else. It was sad. I felt horrible for them. He was yelling and cursing at them. He would be so much more productive to motivate rather than tearing them down.
I have been patient, respectful, and courteous for 7 months, and while a simple review might not help me much, I hope I help another reader avoid the same hassle. Its sad that one bad apple can ruin the whole basket.
As a side note, I had a company called Dragon's Landscaping do my sprinklers and they are currently doing my lawn maintenance. They are phenomenal. 5 stars isn't enough for them. They have exceeded my expectations and they understand customer service. They also have made mistakes but they take care of them quickly.

This is really nice retail landscape nursery. They usually have anything you are looking for. The firms in the office and the guys in the yard were very nice and helpful. Thank you getting my business set up.

Very bad experience with this nursery. Bought two Juniper Spartans from them and arranged for them to plant them. When the crew showed up, I pointed out the locations of nearby sprinklers and asked them to be careful. I had checked the sprinklers regularly and knew them to be working fine before they showed up. After planting, I checked again, and they had broken one of the sprinkler lines causing a massive leak. When I called Landscape Systems about it they claimed that the pipe was already broken when they showed up (definitely not true) and refused to come back to fix the sprinkler line. They do not stand behind their work and they blame the customer for their mistakes. Won't ever go there again.

DO NOT buy from this nursery. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They don’t honor their return policy. I bought 4 trees from them, spent over 1,200 dollars on these trees. In less than 2 weeks of planting them, the leaves started to show signs of fungus, with brown yellow spots and the leaves would tear apart. I called the nursery to ask them if their return policy would let me return them or get my money back. I was told that if I had already planted the trees that they would give me 50% of my money back, to email a manager by the name Nathan. We wrote to Nathan and he told us there was nothing he could do because the trees were dying as a result of too much rain. If that would have been true, then why do the leaves look like they have a fungus or virus? Also I bought 2 other trees from Costco and those trees were healthy and fine. And all the trees around the neighborhood were fine regardless of the rain. I was very disappointed on how they treated me after spending so much money at their store. The nursery looks nice, but it’s very expensive and they have terrible customer service. Don’t trust their return policy, they say one thing, but when you try to return something, they will give you issues, blame you or the weather. There are plenty on nurseries in town that have beautiful trees and plants and honor what they say, this is not one of them. I am posting this to save someone in the future from losing money on a company that is not willing to work with their customers. If you scroll down you will see more complaints and incidents just like mine. Terrible customer service, trees and plants infested with bugs or fungus and they never honoring their return policy. Don’t trust Nathan he will not do anything to help you or take care of your needs and concerns. This company has no integrity.

This is our fourth trip out to Landscape Systems. Originally we found some ah-mazingly priced plants for our Elementary School Garden Refresh. But the staff was so helpful that when we were looking for something new, we started here and we worked with Bubba on finding some bushes and flowers that will thrive under a tree but survive the winter. We're out in Grapevine but it's worth the drive to Keller for their selection, their staff's friendliness, and their pricing. I don't leave there wondering 'did I make the right choice? did I spend too much?' - Good people work there and they will take care of you. Shout out to Bubba!

Probably does good work but couldn't get over the operator of the black Denali HD and riding on people's bumpers and trying to road bully people.
Road rage isn't a cool thing folks. Yall need to fix this drivers mindset about driving before she causes a wreck or death.

The Trucking entrance is a cemented road right next to the nursery, do not use the regular car entrance you will get stuck. Fairly quick unloading folks were kind, no unloading dock though. Good luck I hope the pictures help our. Pictured entrance is a little tight so swing wide and watch your mirrors take your time you'll make it.

This place is extremely beautiful, well organized, clean, with top notch plants, flowers, and trees. And the staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable — they all went above and beyond to help us. We have now found the nursery that has earned our business for years to come!

We enjoyed the visit and seeing all of God’s beautiful flowers and trees ready to be whisked away to a new home. There’s such a variety to choose from. The sunny May spring day helped the experience. Oh, and one more thing, they have a Clearance section! That’s a win!
