Been coming to this location more than 20 years, but I think those days are coming to an end. The quality of the washes and facility continues to decline. When you bring things up, they simply offer a free wash… That will also not be that great. When you bring up the issues to the finishing staff as they wave you to your car and you have issues with the wash, they simply act like they can’t hear you. I just don’t see the value in coming here anymore when I get nearly the same quality of a car wash from a tunnel for five dollars.

Full service clean was a joke. Internal wipe down was incomplete with wet spray left on surfaces and dirt still in cup holders. Trash left in doors after I asked them to remove. Paid for gold service with tire and rim treatment, but rims were still filthy. Manager told me "pay me more" if I wanted them properly cleaned. Won't be coming back.

For $28 I expected more. I know that cleaning mats does not come with the $28 but for that kind of money I would not expect to have to vacuum again and get bugs off the front of the car.

Got an oil service on my 2011 Volvo xc60 and received a complementary full service wash. Excellent service every time.

Compliments to the chef for training personnel on the company first process.They claim to honor competition coupons. Well they forgot their motto if its for a free wash. Didn't even offer discount.Plus a $14 lazy wash.Forgot to clean outside windshield below windows, still filthy for they don't understand the language barrier, sign language was a bust as well.

Second time I have gone even though the first time was terrible. I always give second chances. I even bought the more expensive Gold wash. Wiping down the interior is a swipe here and there, not a decent wipe down. Didn't even fully vacuum the car out. Missed one entire side. I will not give them my business again.

Terrible job! My car still had bug splatter on front of my car, the inside was wet and sticky from whatever dressing they used AND they didnt cover the whole surface! They used that sticky stuff on my screen too! Wipe marks everywhere . TERRIBLE job. I paid $29. I had to wash exterior and wipe down the interior again when i got home. Wasted money and time.

Worst detail I have ever paid for. I spent $200 and still had to go home and wipe down the doors on the inside, vacuum and clean the rims. Don't waste your money or time at this place.
