Came for an oil change and without asking, they used synthetic oil which is double the price!! Initially stated they would correct it and replace with standard oil, then came back and said they didn’t want to waste the oil. Terrible customer service and will charge you for services you didn’t request. Scam!

The sales rep told my wife it would $89 because it was her first time and they didn’t know what kind of oil to use. She said, “why don’t you just look at the sticker”.
Then they said ok, it will be $55.
Then she showed them a coupon which said,
“Kwik Kar - any location, any oil change”.
They said they don’t honor those coupons and they aren’t running any coupons right now. Even though they did have a coupon currently listed on their website.
She decided to go somewhere else.

Always good service! Whether it’s for vehicle inspection or mechanical repair, I have always been completely satisfied. A great alternative to dealer service for out of warranty service. It helps that the Golden Triangle location is within walking distance so it makes it even more convenient.
