My kid has been there for about 3 years. I am going to miss this staff. They have been great. Don’t know many teacher that will break away on a weekend to show up to a kids party or event to show support. Me and my kid was treated so well here. The staff there is like a big family. This school is the hardest reason I had moving away. The love and caring they gave my kid. There are no words to say but thank you kids R Kids. Y’all will aways be in my kids heart. He doesn’t want to move just wants to be in Ms. Carmen class. Hats off to this school. We will miss y’all.

Wasn’t impressed with how the whole thing is run1. Not much of visibility in kids day to day activities2. Teachers just doing bare minimum ( specially for bilingual kids)3. As someone else also mentioned, one of the office staff does not like people of color, it clearly shows in her demeanor and the way she interacts. Our kid is going to another one in the area and we can clearly see visible improvement in him in terms of finally being potty trained, vocabulary he has developed, manners and etiquette be it thank you or sorry

There has been things that I like about this day care and dislike. I feel like they will nickel and dime you, for instants They charge a weekly fee that they started during Covid saying it was a Covid fee for supplies because during Covid supplies had went up… they’re still charging this fee and now it’s just for supplies. Might not seem like much, but when you think about how much you pay monthly for childcare, you would think that would be in your tuition.

This is where you should send your child! I cannot say enough great things about the facility and staff. I coparent with my ex and they have been more than accommodating to my situation. The teachers are kind and interactive. You are greeted every time you enter and leave by the front desk staff. Even employees I’ve never spoken to know my name and my child. This place is the standard! Look no further, send your child to KRK!

Where do I start, first of all the lady at the front office with burgundy color hair is clearly racist. She carries an attitude towards people of color, you can clearly see when you run into her. Though, there are others who are much respectful and courteous. They definitely are costly for what they offer. Will not recommend this place as there are many others with teaxhers who make you feel welcomed a(Even if you sre a person of color)and invest in your kid.

Administration, front desk, owner and teachers are all unacceptable in my opinion. From placing my son in the wrong class and then blaming him for not performing at that level, to aggressively behaving teachers. Don't bother reaching out to the corporate offices, or the owner because they don't hold their team accountable either. I never got a call back. We clearly stated my son was not potty trained, they then put him in a completely potty trained class. After he had his first accident, the teachers treated him so disrespectfully. This is not a kind and caring environment, I do not care what they say. After I made it clear one day that I watch the cameras carefully, they all of sudden tried to misrepresent my words and attacked me verbally in their office. Please think twice about this place. The principal/director was beyond unprofessional to the point that my 4 YEAR understood she was speaking to me disgustingly. It's been several months, and I have gone back and forth on whether to even write this, but I stand by this. Those teachers in his classroom, to the front desk woman who out right lied, to the principal... absolutely abhorrent behavior and I would not trust their judgement or behavior ever around small children.

We are so very happy with Kids 'R' Kids, the staff and teachers are great. Everyone is so friendly, caring and helpful. My child went there for pre-k for a very short period of time but learned so much! We are going to miss them when she goes to Kindergarten.

I would like to respond to Sue M's response to my review. I am not a "random or not so random" person. My granddaughter attends this daycare and upon enrollment, we asked if management was able to hear the audio since we were made aware that we as parents could not. This is not "inside" info. Maybe that's a question you should think to ask your future daycare providers, as I'm certain there will be more than a couple. I am by no means invalidating your experience. I stand by my comment that you should be ashamed, not for posting the review, but for name dropping employees AND calling them racist. You do not know these people. It is one thing to leave a bad review since you obviously had a bad experience, but name dropping and calling people racist is a totally different scenario. Your review will follow these employees should they seek other opportunities. And for the record, my granddaughter is not 100% white and we have had zero problems. Just thought I'd throw that out there before you make assumptions as to the race of my granddaughter. I would like to address the previous review given by Sue M.Sue M's review infuriates me for several reasons. My granddaughter attends this daycare and we have had zero problems. It is diverse and the staff are amazing. If I were Emma or any one else you name dropped, I would personally file a law suit against you for defamation of character. Your child attended this facility for all of two months. You do not know them. At all. You should be ashamed. It is my understanding the management has access to the audio recordings for the classrooms. Have you asked them to review the footage? Have you even considered the possibility that your child is not being truthful? In this review you definitely sound like the "my child can do no wrong" parent. You should consider removing this review. Just my opinion. Hope you and your family can find a daycare to meet your standards. Good luck in the future.

I'd like to respond to the random or not so random person, Misti M. who is possibly related to a staff member. Misti seems to have access to inside info. such as that there are audio recordings. I was not made aware of that. Good to know. This person had the audacity to invalidate the experience we had and outlined that I should be ashamed... Ashamed of what? Exposing the lack of accountability? Lack of proper training? Exposing staff trying to coach a child? No, I will not be taking my review down. You should be ashamed of yourself. Whether my son attended this school for two months or two years, this doesn't invalidate what occurred or make it untrue. Good luck to you!If you are a person of color or not in agreement with racism do not enroll your children here!!! My son was enrolled here in October of 2022, at first we had a so so experience, nothing special about the curriculum. Also not a very diverse or welcoming environment. However it was close to our home, so we decided to try this institution. My son came home last week and we learned he was called a racial slur by another student, specifically F****** N***** We learned this from our son after hearing him use these two words together. We were shocked and began asking more probing questions around where he heard this and who he heard say this. We do not use these words in our home nor listen to music with these words. He shared that another student said these words to him. I also asked my son if a teacher heard these words said. He specifically shared a particular Asst. teacher, Emma heard and told the child "Don't say that." after we asked for what happened multiple times. My son's story never changed. I shared what occurred with the lead teacher, Alyssa. Once I shared which student allegedly said this, she automatically said "That is one of my quietest students." This was concerning as it shows a lack of objectivity, as whether a child is quiet, loud rambunctious etc. it's important to not have bias or make assumptions. I was just sharing the concern. The lead teacher, Alyssa claimed to not be aware of what occurred and stated that if one of her assistants witnessed this, it should of been reported to her and then reported to the respective parents. This concern was shared on Monday 12/12. On Tuesday 12/13 my son received his first "Oh No" report which is a behavior concern. In this report the assistant teacher, Emma (the same one my son named as witnessing the racial slur being said.) wrote that my son chose to lie to the head teacher about not having a utensil. As an educator, this language is unacceptable and inappropriate. The timing and verbiage in this report was too much of a coincidence. It was clear that instead of Emma owning up to not reporting the racial slur incident, she would go to the lengths of labeling a 5 year old child as a liar. Coincidentally, one day after this child's parents shared a concern, regarding an incident she failed to report. This is blatant retaliation and targeting of my son. I followed up via email on the evening of 12/13. I then spoke with both directors Nicole and Jennifer on the morning of 12/14. I recapped what had occurred and what was outlined in my follow up email. I received a call from Nicole on 12/14. She shared that she asked every teacher if they had heard this and not one said they did. (Of course they didn't) how convenient...She also told me they spoke to Emma whom my son named and admitted that she should not be using language as she did to describe a child. It was excused as not being malicious. I do not buy that and frankly my intelligence is being insulted. Nicole also outlined that she's still young. That is irrelevant and this is inexcusable. We were pretty much told, "Sorry we have no proof." I do not trust that my son will be cared for ethically or fairly, after seeing the lengths this Emma character, the directors Nicole and Jennifer and Alyssa would go to including the excuses and cover ups that have occurred by leadersh

NEVER SEND YOUR CHILD TO THEM. Jennifer ( the director of this location) and Hannah - Absolutely ridiculous, highly irresponsible and sheer negligence. So If they can not even find my child's records or application in the system, how can we rely on them to really care for our children for 8 hours a day?? I worked with Hannah about 2 months prior to starting my child at this daycare and provided her application form, payment details and my child's vaccination records, but she forgot to run the application as well as she forgot to put my child on waiting list. When I called a week prior before starting my child, Jennifer (the director) answered the call and she was not able to find my child's application. Since Hannah was not available, she had me waiting until Hannah comes in. Hannah returned my call and told me that she forgot to run the application and put my child on waiting list so now I have to wait for another two months before my child can start daycare there. With all of that she was not even apologetic and the director did not even have courtsey to call me back or apologize. I was so much relying on them and now I have to look for other daycares who can take my child in just one week. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

We are so appreciative of everything Kids R Kids has done for our family. I was apprehensive about our 3 year old attending preschool and held off for so long because of that apprehension. Seeing how she's adapted to preschool and how much she's bonded with her teacher has been so heart-warming and has eased a lot of my anxiety around her being away from me. For me, the experience of seeing her thrive has been priceless. Our 5 year old absolutely loves Kids R Kids, we hear about her friends on a daily basis and she talks about how much she'll miss them. She is our little social butterfly and she thoroughly enjoys being with her friends at school. We also feel Kids R Kids has more than adequately prepared her to start Kindergarten in the fall, and we are very grateful for that! It's our first baby about to start Kindergarten and it's so comforting to know that she will absolutely excel. The Kids R Kids staff has always been helpful and easy to communicate with. I love the weekly emails they send out so that as parents we can be congruous at home with what they're learning at school & ask questions about those topics! The daily reports are also very helpful. Through Covid, we were always informed on the latest guidelines and we always felt our kids were in a very safe environment. Having access to Watch Me Grow was a huge benefit for my anxious mind and I loved being able to check on the kids every once in a while. If I ever had any questions, there was no problem for me to call/message the school & speak directly to the kid's teachers.Overall our experience with Kids R Kids was fantastic, thank you for everything!

Absolutely best choice we've made as first time parents with an infant in daycare. The kids r kids staff is amazing to say the least. They are great communicators, have sweet/caring teachers, great at listening/taking feedback for specific needs, and I feel so happy to know my little guy is enjoying his time away at school and being loved on. I also love the tools used to communicate reports, announcements and access to cameras.

This is the only daycare I’ve ever felt 100% okay with leaving my little ones in their care. The staff is incredibly welcoming and has the best interest of each kid at heart. My kids look forward to attending daily and I’m constantly impressed with how many new things they are learning. I really appreciate being able to see my kids at any time of the day, receiving a weekly newsletter that contains the upcoming curriculum/learning goals and quarterly performance updates on my kids. Thanks for loving on my babies!

I have two of my kiddos at kids r kids in Keller and they LOVE it! When we moved our family from California to Texas we were unsure if we were going to find a good daycare near our home. We checked out multiple daycares in the area and it was an EASY decision after meeting the staff at kids r kids and touring the facility. The rooms are very clean and organized. The teachers and staff are all very warm and caring about your child and every time we walk through the door we are greeted with a warm smile and positive attitude. As a past teacher, I appreciate the curriculum and technology provided to our children. My daughter and son's vocabulary has grown exponentially since starting at kids r kids and I love picking up my child each day with a big smile on their face! Thank you Kids R Kids!!

This Kids R Kids location in Keller, Texas is amazing! Ever since our son has started attending this academy he has blossomed so much. He wasn’t that way at another daycare prior to this one. They are so attentive and are great about communication. You can’t beat being able to check in on your child and knowing they are in a safe and quality place. Our son now can do some sign and is working on his words every day! I love the curriculum they send out so we can encourage and support what they learn here at home. This team shows they care about all the kids. We appreciate you guys so much, thank you for all you do!
