I called and got a next day appointment and I was so relieved. They gave me a prescription and treated me aggressively (which helped me recover faster). I am so thankful for the medical staff here. The front desk staff is busy and not in the mood to smile or ask how you are, but they get the job done....which is what I need when I am not feeling well.

Today I had a new patient appointment at 3:45. I arrived a 3:35. 10 minutes early.
I was called to the desk and was greeted with a heavy sigh and side eye to another customer service person. Apparently, it is required to be 30 minutes early BEFORE an appointment. so make my appointment for 3:15. And do not communicate this while a new patient is standing in front of you.
the front desk and office manager need some serious reminders about customer service. I was.told. I would have to reschedule. no one offered to do that...I would have to call. I'm standing right in front of you. No offer to get the paperwork all filled out today. No apologies for their error. I'm a liar because they have "POLICIES"
DO BETTER! I'll be sure to provide a new patient perspective in all forums available to me bc new patients deserve to be respected and to be served with quality SERVICE. look that up Elizabeth.

I have gone to Keller Family in Keller for about 30 years. So has my husband and kids. We can get in the same day we call which is great when you are sick over the weekend. I am on medicare but the rest of the family is not. They are all friendly at the front desk and professional. I find their pricing fair and I can always reach someone when I call. My husband sees Dr. Dingess and I see Devin Price. No complaints in any way. K. Isbell

If I get an explanation as to why I was notified that I owe them money after paying my bill in their office, then I will remove this one star review

Wow! They are awful! The refused care! They told me I have no input in how I want to be treated that they will treat me the way they want to, even though I told them I know my body and what will get me better again, such a as single shot to relief some pain.I went there over a little sharp pain on the inner side of one of my knees. I explained to them that I have been taking advil every day for 2 weeks and it feel betters. Nothing is broken. I asked them for a steriod shot. They refused! I told them this has happened to me twice over a 20 year span on my shoulders and this will instantly heal the situation. They told me no steriod shot. Wow! they refused to help me. They told me I needed to get xrays done. I said I have nothing broken, but they said after I get xrays they will give me a shot. They lied. No shot. Then they tell me to wear a cast for three days, which no cast is needed, and they will send out for an MRI in a few days after the insurance company approves it. I told them no cast is needed. Advil works, so a steroid shot will instantly within a day or two heal it. They said no. They will do what they want to do. I asked them to let me speak to the person whom I dealt with and they said no. They told me patient has no say so in their treatment, that they do what they want to do, nor can I ask or question their authority! No one would talk to me other than an office staff member, not even a doctor, not even a DR or a manager, just some woman, telling me this is how it is and it is your problem not ours-on the way you want to be treated!I came in for one shot to get better, but they refused. By now my inner portion of my knee would be completely pain free if they had treated me. Their attitude is sickening. We do things our way, and you have no input. Then she said the steroids will be administered orally, so I said fine. Let us do it, but she refused!

I ran out of my medication so I made an appointment. The receptionist said I had to re schedule because I was late. Never once did they say, we can give you a portion of your prescription to hold you over. Furthermore, I can remember sitting and waiting for THEM for as long as 25 minutes. HOWEVER, it’s ok to push us patients away if we are 11 minutes late. Very unfair.

Always felt safe & comfortable here. I'm not insurance so I pay out of pocket and still only trust Dr. Dingess with my physical & mental health.

No consideration for patients that run out of their prescription. Patients that are even 1 minute are turned away. That's ridiculous and that is not the type of care one should have to tolerate.

If you want your Dr appt so far out you’re already better by the time they get you in - this is the perfect Dr. Office for you! Also, if you don’t arrive 30 mins before your appt they will turn you away ?

Love love love this doctors office. They always get me in super quick! Ladies at the front are always nice to me. I've been coming here for as long as i can remember. I see Dr. Mallory Lambert and she really is the best! I appreciate all of the staff as i feel they actually care for Their patients. I recently got an appt last minute for dizziness and i saw Dr. Jeff Martz and he did everything he could to find out what was wrong with me. I recommend coming here.
