Super great staff. Cared about my pup. Spent a long time going over my pup's symptoms. Never felt pressured, just got to decide what was best for my pet. 3 years and still love them dearly!

I had the best experience with my fur babies surgery. They got down to business and realized how serious it was and she had surgery the very next morning. Everyone took great care of her and I am very thankful to the Dr’s and the staff

Everyone up front is incredibly kind and very helpful! Dr. Isheim has been amazing! It clearly shows how much she loves animals. I have 2 dachsunds that she gives care to. One is a senior girl with back/neck problems and the other is just a young puppy. I really feel like I hit the jackpot when I found this clinic!

I brought my Corgi mix in to get a nail trim because the groomer said she was nipping. I told the vet tech that she would need to be muzzled and what the groomer communicated and the tech said ok, but brought her back with no nail trim. She said she couldn't cut a dog's nails if she was trying to bite. So my dogs nails can never be cut then? Apparently I have to find a different vets office.

Over the last three months, two of our pups have been seen on an “emergency” basis by Dr. Isheim and Dr. Walters. Our first pup was diagnosed with pancreatitis and our second pup was vomiting, which prompted the most recent visit. Turns out, we are waiting for one of the squeakers he consumed to pass through his colon ?♀️?
During this process, the team called me at least three times (for each pup) to give me updates about their progress. Before my pups were treated, the team listened to my concerns, took notes, and then developed a treatment/diagnosis plan. They talked through the costs up front and let me know what to expect and why. I could tell they were busy during drop off each time but each person I talked with treated me as if I was the only person in the room. So impressed!
I know it’s tough when pets aren’t feeling well because they can’t communicate their pain, discomfort, etc., but I can honestly say that I felt that both of them were in good hands during their treatment. They are top notch! ?
