The price seems reasonable comparatively. However they swapped some pages of my wife’s with mine and had to drive miles to get it corrected. Not even an apology was rendered considering the gravity of such negligence!

The female doctor is very nice and professional. The office rules for being seen within two months for referral in absence of any symptoms of illness seems wrong. I have an active doctor patient relationship with this office, and they want $80 for each referral. They also still charge despite insurance deductible being met, so use caution. The two stars is soley for the expertise of the female doctor.

As a civil surgeon, it’s your responsibility to understand the I693 in its entirety. Under section 1 it will tell you that K1 visa holders do NOT have to redo their entire medical exam if it was done within the last year before entering the country. All my husband needed was the vaccine portion filled out. (It will also inform you of this in section 10). I would’ve been willing to pay $50 or so for just transferring the vaccine information over, but I’m absolutely not going to pay for an entire new medical exam because you and your staff are incompetent.

It was my first time visiting today and I was very happy I choose this practice. The staff was very nice and communicative the nurse practitioner was very patient and professional and the doctor they make me feel comfortable. Great job you guys as you help to make people get well God bless you .

I love this place!The doctor is very professional and the girls from reception are always helpful. Marianna from reception is a sweet heart, always kind and helpful. I came here sick in pain 2 times already and they always gave me appointment the following day. I didn't have to wait for 2 months like other places. Thank you.

I went to this place on Saturday and had a very good experience. The two girls working at the front desk did their best to get my exams done early and are very nice. Highly recommend.

So I accompanied my husband to his appointment and I was impressed with the level of service he received, for the first time in a while I have actually seen the doctor take the time to talk to his patient and reviewed all his results . He is truly a caring and compassionate doctor that cares about his patients and listens, he surly was not in a hurry to leave the room and made sure all our questions were answered ,now I see why my hubby loves to go to him

I am currently seeing Dr Wong for a very serious acute issue. Dr. Wong has been my primary now for roughly 5-6 years. From congestive heart failure to upper respiratory infections he and his staff have always got me well.He is a kind, professional who takes great pride in his achievements; however, let's face it, he is not God. He practices medicine basing his decisions on science and wisdom.Sometimes we don't respond well or are allergic to prescribed medicine(s) and another approach is taken. I can only think of one time this occurred and, after leaving my info with his service, he personally responded quickly with a call and another medicine.Having read through some of his reviews and finding a couple of families that were upset with his practice, albeit staff, I empithize with you totally. As parents there can be no greater concern for us then that of our children.When our kids need to see a doctor there is an element of trust involved that supercedes that of our personal auto mechanic or insurance agent. We expect expertise to delegate from the top down. After all, we're only as good as our staff and, as I personally recount on an almost daily basis, you're only as good as your last show.I can say from personal experience that every interaction that I have had with Dr. Wong's staff, which should include his answering service, has gone well for me. Had it not, my personal philosophy would be: Dr. Wong would not hire staff that were incompetent or that were unenthusiastic with their responsibilities; my belief is that no one is perfect, that we all make mistakes and must be trained to do a very complex job with demands that are specific to K and K Family Practice.Lastly, it goes without saying that it is our responsibility to bring any complaints to the direct attention of Dr. Wong. Don't we want the very best family practice for our community? So does he and his staff.Think. Love. Then act.
