The Bloom v2 is a good pedal, but the LEDs went wrong after very little use. The customer service to get it resolved has been pretty non-existent. I was told I would be looked after and the UK warranty partner would sort this out. I haven't heard anything more. Not good for an expensive pedal. I can't in all honesty recommend the customer service - and how can I recommend a pedal that doesn't work?

Iv had the prism 4 months and now it doesn't work? It's not even been gigged?? Iv emailed the company and no one has bothered to reply let alone help.

Disappointed by the lack of communication, and customer service. Ordered the PRISM well over a month ago via PayPal to be shipped to Sydney Australia, was hoping to get a courier tracking code from Jackson Audio. Will not respond to my email or FB Messenger. Sorry, but just a complete disregard.
