I like H&R Block; I love my tax preparer, Mikey Lehtonen! She's so great to work with, communicates in a timely manner, is thorough, professional and extremely competent. I'd follow here wherever she ends up. And H&R Block's software holds its own; it's easy to use and simple.Overall, a great experience every year (and I always have to pay, so that's saying something!).

I guess people don’t like when they have a miss and IRS is very clear on the miss and they on top of that charge more for the correction.
