I love shopping here! All of the ladies here are super sweet and helpful but I I have to be very selective and what I purchased because a lot of the prices are way too high. $15 tank tops when they are only $2 at a regular Goodwill for the same quality is ridiculous. I like the boutique feel and I would like to shop there more often, but I just can’t afford it. Everything is donated so The prices should not be so outrageous. Even for a boutique Goodwill .

I live in Abilene and I just love going into GW Boutique I love the cloths I love all the employees I love the prices everytime I'm in town I have to go shop here!!!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!

Always love this place until today. I tried to keep everything going because of the time and one lady knocked the fitting room like crazy like I'm not goning to buy anything. I wasn't staying at the fitting room the whole hour. I used the fitting room less than 10 min and out. In and out. When the fitting room empty, no body tried to go. So what did I do wrong???? Why that person had to treat me like I'm gonna do something that not supposed to?? That was very offensive to me. So rude to the costumer. Very disappointed.

Absolutely overpriced cash grab that takes advantage of people's charity. Things that were donated for free shouldn't be as expensive as they are at both regular Goodwill and at the boutique locations. Goodwill spends millions on "travel expenses" and executive compensation all while underpaying their employees, especially their disabled employees. Some receiving less than a dollar per hour in some states. I can't even express how disgusting the Goodwill boutique as an idea is. Taking donated goods, deciding they're too nice for normal Goodwill shoppers and then taking them away and selling them at a higher price in an upper middle class neighborhood area is absolutely sickening. The ladies working here are nice enough but very out of touch.

This was my first time there.The ladies that work there are super nice and it definitely doesn't feel or look like your regular GoodwillEverything is arranged perfect and it smells good. No difficulty finding what you needIt's well worth checking out ?

This is the BEST store! It's the best of Goodwill.the store is in a shopping center with plenty of parking. The ladies were SOOOO nice and helpful! Everything was laid out so great by type of clothes and sizes. The have a restroom (for those long shopping days)! Tuesdays is senior citizen day with an extra 25% off! Great value! And they had some red ticket items that were an extra 50% off!! I'll be hittin this place up monthly!!

I love GW Boutique in Keller TX!! The staff is AWESOME, so friendly and exude stellar customer service. I travel from Rockwall and always look forward to my visit! I have experienced in person the cleanliness(wiping down dress rooms/restrooms), store is always clean, which set them apart and so important. My career is Management with a top 500 company and seeing this is GREAT!! Keep up the great work & your contribution to a great cause is wonderful!! ????
