Garner Wallace Fine Timepieces and Jewelry has amazing customer service that makes this my absolute go to for any jewelry purchase or repair needs. I have gone in for watch batteries and link removal, and I greatly appreciate the comfort and convenience of being able to browse while I wait without any pressure to buy like I have experienced elsewhere. Always a pleasant experience, and I love seeing the tiny little dog Lala who greets guests and guards the jewelry.

This is a great place of your looking for any repair or purchase. They treat you with respect and are upfront with their pricing. I received a nice watch as a gift (luminox). After wearing pretty hard (I work construction) I noticed some condensation in the face. I brought it in and they tested and fixed in a couple hours. I then had a hand break off and they fixed it within minutes. I would highly recommend this place for any jewelry purchase or repair.
