So I shop here a lot, and the lady manager is soo sweet and polite!
The male with a unique hairstyle is very rude and blunt. I came in looking for Pokémon cards the day they release, he refused to sell my any cards because he wanted to keep them for his customers at his event…. Like I don’t think you can just hold product?? Remember the days of waiting in line imagine getting to the register and he says sorry I’m gonna wait a bit longer.. just a bad experience with him. Had to go to another location to get them

Very nice and helpful staff, I bought a PS5 here, they have some good offers, the store however has a mold problem on the ceilings, yout can smell it walking in.

Went in and was not greeted. I was looking to see if they had any Xbox 360 controllers I looked around and the staff member saw me looking and I was ready for assistance but did not help me. But I will say this location seemed to have the most basic needs for all the consoles minus the older ones.

I’m have been waiting for 20 minutes for an associate to completely ignore me while trying to assist a customer with a return with no receipt no account and never once thought in the 20 mins to assist someone else that is ready. I will never go into this store again

Paid for a membership, have come by multiple times and they never have anything in stock. Might as well just close the store and do online sales only.

Never had any issues here, Olivia is such a sweetheart, she professional and polite to the point where when I bought the Spider-Man 2 Edition PS5, I gave her the Digital download code for the game as a token of appreciation.For anyone curious, I had the Collector's Edition game with the statue on preorder so I didn't need the code that came with my console.With that out of the way, I won't renew my membership nor will I buy anymore warranties on NEW products since corporate greed decided to ensure that warranties ONLY gives you a USED product regardless of whether you bought your product USED OR NEW...Corporate also slashed our Pro membership benefits as well as the Employees' insurance benefits. Corporate DOES NOT DESERVE our hard earned cash, but the workers DEFINITELY DO.

Just game from the watuga GameStop after dealing with a David M. We were pleasantly surprised to have a super sweetheart Alex help us out with our online order that we were told at Watuga was against store policy to return. Alex was SO sweet and kind in helping us out and will definitely be coming back to this location again!!!
