I have been to Duff’s several times over the years and they have always been honest and helpful in handling my various requests and needs. Reasonable pricing and satisfactory results for watch battery service (compared to sending them off to the manufacturer), cleaning & polishing (complimentary), repairing of silver, gold and white gold pieces. I will return and recommend them to friends and family who need reliable service.

Originally I went to another place in Dallas. However, I will never do that again. Duff's met me with a reasonable price after the other place tried to charge way over. Carmen was very helpful and even got my ring to be exactly custom and what I was looking for. They had great communication all the way through. Highly recommend coming here over anywhere else.
