After spending $4500 dollars my car is worse off than when I brought it in. If you don't know how to fix something it's ok to say, I don't know. Instead, Driver's edge guessed at it and failed miserably costing me thousands of dollars. I now have a useless car and no money for a proper repair. To make matters worse, they refuse to take my calls, they know what they did and will not own up to their failure.

We have 2 vehicles and Friday they both got hot. One of them ended up needing a new radiator. Since this was the newer and better one, we decided to get it fixed. I called and spoke with Harley on Saturday and explained our situation and that we really needed the newer one fixed ASAP because my husband needed a car to get to work Sunday. Harley said to bring it in and they would do the best they could to squeeze it in. It also needed a drive belt that was cracked, a radiator hose because it was too stiff and he recommended a new thermostat. I dropped it off and hoped they were able to fix it. Well they did and we are so grateful because my husband was able to go to work. These people are AWESOME!!! We are going to bring our vehicles here from now on.

This place double charges and takes advantage of people. Way over priced and they cut corners wherever they can. Not trustworthy or dependable in the slightest. Save your time, money, and sanity and don't go here.

Not happy had them change slave cylinder and car is still slipping and they said they didn't mess with anything inside but my gear shifter is loose and plastics are popped out. And Joseph isn't there the dude that took my money was from grapevine location he said he didn't really no what to do that I would have to come back when Joseph is there

I put my car in for an oil change as they had a big discount. I was fully expecting them to try to upsell me when I collected it, but they did no such thing. Just politely handed over the keys and charged me the agreed amount. I will use them again for my oil changes.

Driver's Edge takes advantage of older folks. This shop charged my father in law thousands of dollars for work and parts. From the invoice nobody would know what work or whether the work was approved. Not to mention that they fixed nothing. It looks an awful lot like they charged a recently widowed man a lot of money for nothing. Shops like this are the reason people don't trust shops. Good job taking advantage of people.

i FIRST NOTICE THAT THE OWNER OPERATOR WAS A VERY VISUALS PERSON AND VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. I MET HIM WHILE I WAS DOING DELIVERIES WORKING WITH "NEED IT NOW DELIVERS" A CONTRACT DELIVERY SERVICE. SINCE THEN I'VE MADE DRIVER'S EDGE MY GO TO PEOPLE WHENEVER I NEED SERVICE TO ALL MY VEHICLES AND WOULD HIGHLY RECONMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE ELSE. THEY DO TOP NOTCH REPAIR WORK.
