Store is poorly managed. The minute clinic is very poorly run, not honoring appointments or standard cleaning practices. If you’re stuck with them like me, find a different location.

Was in the store tonight and lady working in the pharmacy had absolutely no customer service skills. She was put out by me asking her to verify that the right insurance was even on file. Evidently CVS no longer takes BCBS - so save yourself the attitude of the associate and go elsewhere.

I went to the Minute Clinic when I was sick recently. Never used one before. I was really impressed. The place was super clean and organized. Service was amazing. My nurse I had was very professional. Highly recommend using this clinic. I was even able to use the adjacent CVS pharmacy. Kenny at the pharmacy was super friendly and helpful. Overall my CVS experience exceeded my expectations.

The pharmacist Mr. Victor was very nice. The pharmacy was extremely for a Sunday afternoon, but he explained what was going on and that I would have to wait. I didn't mind waiting 30 mins. They were very nice and had an influx of drive-thru and foot traffic. I truly appreciated the acknowledgment and explanation because many times you don't get that level of customer service.

Found out through my insurance the cost of my prescription was going to be sky high. Kenny ran it through again using a coupon and saved me more than half the original cost. So friendly and helpful! The reason why I’ve made extra trips to come to this location.

I checked Parma y hours for Labor Day on Friday & there was no indication of holiday hours. Get there at 330 today & they had a sign open 10-2. If it weren’t for my insurance, I wouldn’t even use their pharmacy anymore. I certainly will no longer use their store anymore. Corporations have no consideration anymore for their customers or employees so they will only get my money when I have to use them because of insurance.

I really don’t know why I bother with this location. Medicines are never in stock. Rude service on multiple occasions.

I just visit my cousin that day. I meet manager (Nicole/Nikki)of this store location is very great customer service and very friendly and helpful try to help me not like the other store in Plano Preston. Cashier and manager of this location need to get more training and don't give customer wrong information if don't know just saying so I understand.

Completely useless business. They can't fill a prescription, you wont be able to use the automated phone service as it doesn't register voice or keypad taps, and the phone will ring for an hour if you call but when you go up there, the one staff member (if there's any you're already lucky) is sitting around clicking on a computer next to the phone. Don't waste your time and get your scrip somewhere that will actually help you.

I had to go to the Minute Clinic recently for testing for a chest cold. Currently uninsured and paying out of pocket and my physician who treated me was lovely. She helped me manage testing with costs and gave good advice and all while being so kind and understanding to my situation.I also stopped by the pharamcy while there for Sudafed and the lady at the pharmacy tried to help me to get the best price I could for the medicine when she realized money was tight. Overall a really good experience at this location. CVS still price gouges in their own way as a company that leaves a poor taste in my mouth so can't say 5 stars, but this location has a really good/wholesome staffing from my experience there recently.

The help there was amazing and attentive. Koral (red head lady) was the one who said hello as I entered and answered every question I had promptly. She also informed me of his joining the reward program would help me save money and swiftly added me to the system. I had alot it questions about the program but she had even more answers it was close to closing also and she didn't act like I was taking up her time at all. By the end I wanted to make sure someone knew how amazing her service was to me And the ONLY reason I'm not giving 5 starts was because the manager didn't seem to happy to be summoned to the front and acted like it was an inconvenience to let me know how I could help get this girl the recognition she deserves. I made a point to make this review because her manager didn't seem too impressed so I hope his her manager's managers and all their mommas see this review of how amazing coral was. I walked in feeling like the manager looked but left very impressed. You go koral

The work of the minute clinic is terrible. by appointment only. Arrived an hour before closing and no one was there. people did not come to the appointment, but the doctor did not accept my child, although they only needed a polio vaccine for school. because all appointments are scheduled. I do not recommend this clinic. better go to your doctor. if I could put a minus, then put ten minuses.

Terrible service. They asked for my driver's license and didn't return it at the drive through. This occurred 9/25 at 5:52 pm. The "Asian pharmacy tech" shoved my Rx in the tray 'without a bag', kept the driver's license at her terminal, and didn't know what she was doing. Their corporate department hasn't responded, while my identity and PII data has been mishandled and lost by CVS pharmacy and is at the risk of getting compromised. Unacceptable.

I've never had a bad experience at this location. Victor is the best pharmacist. Very caring and concerned. A employees are courteous. Store is clean and there is a pleasant atmosphere.
