Went at 3am to take my German shepherd Malinois. It was almost $200 for them to take my information, see him in the room, just to tell me how "dumpy" he was and another $300 for a shot and IV hydration pack. They told told me he was sick after I already told them he was sick since he hadn't eaten in three days and I was concerned. Obviously why I told him to the ER. The first suggestion was surgery, without even saying what the surgery was for, " to see if there was damage to his insides" There was no actual diagnosis, only suggestion was to spend $1400 for blood work , fecal testing and xRays. No other options were offered, until I directly asked what can be given to him for relief at least. They didn't give any recommendations, just signed a wavier, until after I paid. Updated: two days after getting rest and hydration, my dog is more active and back to his normal self. Save yourself time and money. I don't understand how an important industry would trash their reputation by hiring uneducated and inexperienced "DRs" and "technicians" to use scare tactics. Now days it's about the money oppose to saving our family member/pet to live a long happy life. The low ratings are accurate.

Omg today I thought I was going to lose my puppy. I took Rayn in a few days prior she was not eating or drinking and depressed. The first diagnosis was her tummy. They gave me meds and told me if she wasn't better to bring her back. I took her back as her demeanor was still the same. Long story short she had a foreign item in her small intestines. The doctor I do not remember his name was so compassionate and told me she needed surgery immediately. So I agreed. The staff was awesome and caring because I was a mess. I appreciate everyone who took care of Rayn.

I've been going to this place for sometime ...way before they moved into the large fancy building they invested $$$ so much on. However, I've noticed over the last 2 years they have not invested in front desk people with at least "average" bedside manners. I don't know who answered just now but she responded and acted like a death row inmate with no hope. I've had enough of this place. I've had one family member leave this place and recently a close friend. Now im done with this place. If they plan to charge these high prices, higher people with a heart beat and a passion to provide a 1/2 way decent service on the phone or in person !!! Horrible horrible horrible x 100000 !!! Wish there was a 0.00000001 star rating because I would use it.

This was my third experience visiting Creekside over several years. Unfortunately, this wouldn't have been my choice of visits, unexpectedly having to have a dog put down. That being said, each person we met here was very compassionate and professional, from the receptionist, to the vet tech, to the Vet. For one of the worst nights in my life, they tried hard to make it as easy on me as possible. I felt very appreciative when they sent a small arrangement of carnations a couple of days later, as well as a personalized clay keepsake of my loved ones paw print (this may have came with the cremation services I chose). The paw print was super special to me and greatly appreciated. I've seen some negative comments here . . . maybe it depends on which Vet is on call when you arrive. The Vet we had was awesome. I also see several comments on the cost being high. Unfortunately, vet costs are high, just as are doctors. I don't think it would have been less expensive anywhere else. I would wish no one would ever have to go through the pain of putting one of our much loved pets down, but our experience with Creekside was 100% positive.

They wanted to charge us $700.00 for X-rays, $350.00 for the X-rays and $350.00 to have the X-rays read. This was our first and last time there. Did not let them do the X-rays and going where they are half that amount. This place is highway robbery, they don't care about the animals or the owners.

My dog needed emergency aid at 9:00 on a Saturday and the caring staff got him in and stitched up and back to me with great compassion. I never felt like a revenue stream. I was a pet momma who's baby needed help. Thank you.

Creekside went above and beyond in terms of care and love for my baby when we brought him in.Between taking care of my husband and I, and taking care of my precious apollo they made one of the worst days of our lives just a bit easier.I can never thank the staff enough for what they did for us and my precious goofy eared boy.You can not go wrong with bringing your fur babies here, because they will be taken care of and so will you.10/10 service, care, everything ?

This animal hospital is one of the best hospitals you could ever take your animals to. Everyone that worked with Diego was truly so amazing, especially Dr.Loveless. I am so incredibly thankful I went to this hospital. They seriously did everything in their power to help with Diego and right now he is better! I can’t thank you guys enough for saving my cat. Everyone that works in this animal hospital is literally so amazing and I can’t thank you guys enough. Seriously, if you guys need an animal hospital to take your pets to please let it be this one.

I am typically not one to leave reviews, but my experience here was SO BAD I hope this review saves someone else from taking their pet here and suffering like I did. Firstly, I heard the nurse mention my dog’s blood results were “slightly elevated” while he was on the clinic side of the building, then he came into my room and told me his results were “through the roof” so I asked for the exact number. I was then instructed to contact poison control for a treatment plan (why did I bring my pet to the vet if I need to provide my own treatment plan? Do you not know how to treat animals?)Poison control explicitly told me the blood results were normal and they were not concerned… so much for through the roof. I was presented one expensive option after stating I was on a budget and told I could sign my dog out AMA with NO TREATMENT otherwise. It took over 3 hours for him to be given diarrhea meds even though they told me they believed he could go into shock and die from the amount of diarrhea he had. Then why not give him medicine??? I was then told it was a “miscommunication” and they would still treat my dog. I was so uncomfortable leaving him there at this point that I wouldn’t have left him there for free care, much less an exorbitant price. I brought him home and he’s been completely symptom free, not a single episode of diarrhea or vomiting in 24 hours even though they acted like my dog was going to die. This place is a money trap and will lie to you about your pet’s test results or act like they won’t treat your pet just to prey on you when you’re weak. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

We thought we were going to lose our 14 week old puppy Enzo and rushed to the nearest pet clinic. SO happy we chose this place! The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Very transparent with our options and the prices but also helped us to keep it in our price range. “Aunty Ann” handled our loud boy with grace and we left with him almost back to normal and completely back to his crazy/happy self today :) thank you Creekside!!!

Our yellow lab had an unfortunate fall from the bed or some other way that hurt his neck and back. Clueless as to what actually happened, he was acting and walking funny and we were extremely concerned about him. We promptly rushed him to Creekside Veterinarian Hospital. The staff there took us right in and began narrowing his condition down to a fall injury. The vet was terrific and gave us several reasonable options for care. They prescribed the perfect group of meds and gave us precise care instructions for him. Within a few days he was doing much better because of the excellent care Creekside provided. I love the professional level of service and care that they give. Creekside is not in it just to make the most money. If there is a better low cost option, that is what they suggest. I’m very thankful to Creekside for not only taking good care of Blue and giving him what he needed, but also for being honest and straightforward, which is not something I can say about all veterinarian hospitals.

Do not come here. They are truly one of the most worthless vets I have ever been to. I took my dog here for an emergency ONCE. They had no one else other than me in the waiting room and had staff walking around doing nothing...took them over an hour to get to me. They now call me ALL THE TIME begging for my business. Maybe should learn how to run a business before opening a business. STAY FAR AWAY!!! Go to their competitor down the street, they actually care! :)

What a wonderful experience! Our little dog was having convulsions and couldn't stand up. I called Creekside and the receptionist was kind and caring. Told us we could go over immediately. They took care of Elvis as soon as we arrived. Sterling was very communicative, concerned and helpful. The Doctor came in and was also so helpful. Dr. Loveless explained what was happening and what needed to be done. I felt calmed and like we were in great hands! The best thing was how Dr. Loveless and Sterling both kept us so informed the entire time and how much they cared. We left with a much improved dog and I just can't say enough about what a nice experience we had. Highly recommend!!
