My friend is partially blind and hard of hearing!!1 She is very courteous. She asked a young man with glasses what the price of a bracelet was, he shoved a sign in her face and was rude. Unbelievable, they were putting items away and I suppose we got in their way, never will I go in there again. I have money to shop where I want!! I like to patronize good causes. Your items are priced too high, can buy new elsewhere. You also were unloading a truck and blocking doorway. Safety issue.

Extremely overpriced. Rudely told me they were closing in less than 5 minutes. No one ever said hello when you walked in. Blaring Christmas music so loud you can't hear yourself think.

I really enjoy shopping here. Items are displayed and staged nicely. The store is always evolving giving new and fresh decorating ideas. I believe in their mission, and believe it’s a great charity. Laurie ( The Manager) is always available and helpful with an excellent support staff which includes Emily and a nice young man. I forget his name. Watch for sales as they change constantly and follow them on their Facebook page. Seriously run, don’t walk to get your next treasure!

Apparently there is a mother and daughter working at this store. She walks around calling her mom instead of her name. It’s unprofessional and left me uncomfortable.

I have to give them 5 Stars because two strong ladies (Gwen and Laurie) came to my house to pick up a really big and heavy piece of furniture with no issues.

Overall I like this store. Some things are very overpriced but sometimes you find some great deals. I love the fact that they give back to the community. I was really annoyed today when I walked up to the store and saw a big LOL toy marked with a green tag since green tags were half off today. The box was damaged but the toy appeared to be brand new. It was outside in front of the store in a section that said five for a dollar which I knew this toy obviously wasn't 20 cents s. So when I asked the gentleman that worked there to confirm if it would be half off of the sticker price of $45 (bc it had a green tag) he told me he wasn't sure. So I keep shopping around and figure we'll just figure it out when I get up to the register. As I was shopping the employee called someone on the phone and I heard him say "I'll fix that" And he proceeds to go in the back and print up a new label that is the color blue for $49.99 and place it on the box while it was in my cart. He then explained that someone put the wrong tag on it. And now I understand if a customer had done that and it was obviously not the right item or the right price. But it had a green tag and it was the only tag on the box So it was obviously an employee error. I was expecting it to be half off of the $45 price tag. As it was labeled. Not a fan of them re-pricing things when they make errors when it's in my cart.

Trash!!! I was shopping and needed to use the bathroom. The guy at the counter refused to allow bathroom use so I had to put my stuff back.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are as expected. Sometimes the have great sales. Furnished a lot of my daughter's first apartment from here.

I stopped shopping here in 2018 because I saw an employee take a purse from a customer as she was checking out because she said it should be more expensive. It was smaller a brighton purse with some nail polish on the handle. The employee who I think was the manager found an attached key chain with a diamond ring and $75 inside the purse. She said both were obviously meant to be donations, took the money and gave the ring to another employee to see how much to sell it for and then turned around and tried to tell the woman who was trying to buy the purse that it would be $10 more than the price it was marked ($15 or $20 if I remember right). The woman decided to not buy the purse and said she should try to find out who donated the purse because she was probably missing her wedding ring. The employee said no it was a donation and the lady walked out. I told the employee I wouldn't give my money to a business that had such disrespectful and dishonest practices going on and haven't been back since.

This place and Christ's Haven Thrift store next door are WAYYYYYYYYYY TOOOOOOO OVER-PRICED!!!!!! The furniture is not over-priced but all the decor items are ridiculous!!!! A little round metal decor container they wanted $15.99, UMMMM,NOOOOO!!!!! I just don't get why if you are selling second hand and used stuff you have to price it so high, don't bother going to these two thrift stores in Keller, NOT WORTH IT!!!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Great prices and unique pieces. The clothing section is smaller but overall a great place to shop. I would definitely recommend.

The manager / owner was rude . I said hello and she looked at my feet with a snobby look on her face looking down at my feet . The staff held their head down . I asked someone to help me find something . She quickly called him away from me . She had the worst singing voice too and she was singing loudly to top 40 80's music . I looked around the store and there was something I wanted . No one waited on me because the owner or manager was ordering them around . I felt sorry for the employees there
