Toured this place when looking for childcare, the staff was very unprofessional, they are not interested in answering a concerned parents questions. There is no video to refer to if there were a situation, only live streams if you’re concerned about that, which I was. Just trying to help any other Keller parents looking for a safe place for their kids.

Mrs. Claudia has done an outstanding job with my now two year old, words can not explain how thankful I am for her. Mrs. Claudia understands that each child that comes in her classroom may be different from the next and she does an amazing job with meeting each child where they are, each morning I drop my child off to her she is super bubbly and inviting to me and my child you can definitely tell she has a passion for her kiddos. With my child’s special circumstances Mrs. Claudia has never made me feel like it’s too much to accommodate those needs, in fact she has helped in such a tremendous way with breaking some habits that my child has been use to and I can now see a change at home. I am so grateful for Mrs. Claudia and the staff here at CLA each and every one of the staff members are super genuine, kind, and loving I thank God for sending me to a place where I can have a peace of mind dropping my children off! The staff here has truly been a blessing and changed my perspective on daycare! Thank you CLA (Keller) staff may God bless you all

I absolutely love CLA Keller! I currently have one child in their Voyagers 3 class and it makes it so much easier to be away from him all day knowing he enjoys his time here. His teacher, Mrs. Claudia is wonderful! She genuinely cares for the kids and it shows! He has learned so much being in her class. They do art, read books, learn spanish, and of course still have play time. I am thankful everyday for teachers like her and great daycares like this one. Every employee here is kind and makes you feel at home. Thank you CLA Keller for all that you do for my babies!

Abuse is an understatement!!!! Don’t go here unless you want your child to get abused, come home with black eyes and the staff has no control over children. My daughter was constantly soiled when I picked her up and they lost all of her bows/jackets and extra clothes and management does not care!!! They also stole money out of my account that was not authorized MULTIPLE times. When I tried to withdrawal her and collect her shot record, they had nothing on file. They lost everything. From the office to the classrooms, this place is a train wreck!!!! No curriculum, the kids just run around and “play”. One time when I was dropping off my daughter, a child threw a toy car at my head on purpose and proceeded to hit and kick me while the teachers watched and didn’t intervene. I constantly complained but they just said “we will look into it”. They always lost my daughter and had me searching the whole daycare for 10+ minutes cause they didn’t know which room they moved her to. Always a different teacher and class. Very unstable!!My daughter is now at a FABULOUS daycare where the curriculum is amazing and it isn’t pure chaos like a circus when picking her up. She’s only 3 and tells me “I love my new school”. Sweet baby is only 3 but she actually doesn’t cry when I drop her off now. She’s finally happy.

My 4 children have attended CLA for 3 years and I have had some ups and downs with some of the staff there. They have turned over some of the people that my children have grown to love and this was a little concerning to see because the obvious question is, "why are so many good teachers leaving?" Well we never really got answers and I suspect we may never know all the details but my reason for making this post is to recognize a teacher who, in the past month or two, my children have grown to love. Ms. Jaime is amazing!!! As a parent I am very cautious about who my children open up to, but Ms.Jaime has proven herself trust worthy. She is always smiling, and engaging the children. A couple times I walked in as she was giving instruction and she was firm but not mean. She seem to desire understanding and was patient to verify that each child recieved the message in their individual capacity. I am confident that when my children are left in her care, they are in good hands. So I wanted to take a brief moment to highlight a few things that I have observed from this amazing teacher because I believe it is important for those seeking safety, security, and a place from your child to grow academically, then Children Learning Adventure will steer them in the right direction. I also have to take a moment to acknowledge Ms. Melinda and Ms. Crystal. My daughter currently has Ms. Melinda and my son who is now gone to kindergarten had Ms. Crystal last year. I can see the passion and love they have for the youth, and I so appreciate all these 3 have done for my children. These are the pillars that have kept my family there while the company was switching so many employees!!

The school is in the works of turning a new leaf, but it’s just not there yet. I’m uncomfortable with my daughter being there and did not feel like she was receiving the best care out there for the price. On a brighter note the new director is very open to handling any situation that may come up. If you bring it up any concerns to her she will handle them quickly and effectively. I do believe this school will one day get all the things worked out and be all that it can be while under her direction. Just right now, I do not trust them to care for my daughter while they get everything in order.

My babies absolutely love coming here! I thought this place was going downhill and started to venture out and look at other centers. They have since then brought in new management and it’s made the world of a difference. I feel they actually care now and they’re definitely moving in the right direction. Thank you CLA!

I’m writing in hopes to reach the eyes of a senior leader or owner of this franchise. This was the first summer I enrolled my son at the Keller, TX location. It started out rough, but I just figured it was because it was a new environment for my son. He cried almost every day while attending this location due to unkind words from other kids and sub teacher behaviors. One of the descriptions of this company is a loving and nurturing environment, and that is not what we experienced. I brought this up to the leadership team at week two, they did listen to the concern and said they would follow up on it. When they called back, the director had said the teacher wasn’t aware of the unkind behavior but she would keep an eye out. For me, that was good enough for now. A few days later I dropped my son off and heard with my own ears the little girl my son described being mean to another student. Ms. Jennings, the main teacher heard it to and immediately spoke with the little girl about this and was very supportive to my son after that. If I wouldn’t have heard that interaction, I’m not so sure anyone would have believed it. The director never followed back up with me after that. Ms. Jennings, the main teacher, did do a very good job at keeping her ears open and comforting my son for the rest of his time there. She is loving and nurturing and I appreciate all of her efforts, she is a gem. The rotating teachers are the problem. My son has gone to the primrose since birth and then to Pre-K full day at the local school. I have never had a problem with him crying - ever. Not in any of the time he has been in childcare. We wanted to try out CLA because it looked fun and to give him a change of experience before the school year started. It worried me that he would cry almost every day at some point, but I did trust Ms. Jennings and my son did too, so we kept him enrolled. On our last day (yesterday), I was dropping my son off. Ms. Jennings was out that day, and when my son saw that she was out and saw the sub teacher he started to get tears in his eyes. The sub teacher looked at him and said “oh no, so is he going to cry all day like he always does?”. Those were her exact words, right in front of me. I can’t even begin to imagine what she says to the kids when a parent is not standing there. I immediately took my son and left. I spoke to the director about this and requested a refund for the day. This is not acceptable and frankly scary that you employ teachers that act like that around children. I want a senior leader to be aware of this so it can be fixed, because it is not being addressed well at the local level. I want to say thank you to Ms. Jennings to fulfilling the mission to this organization and for being so loving to my son. We will not be back, and I hope this review will help other parents make an informed decision. I gave a “2”vs a “1” only because of the main teacher, that did care and worked hard to help this situation.

I am truly saddened to leave such a bad review. My child has been here 9 months and it wouldn’t have even been that long if she wasn’t on a waitlist for a new place. She started when she was 2 years old, one of her first weeks there I went outside to pick her up and nobody knew where she was. As a parent I was physically sick. She had went inside a class room to go potty and NOBODY was aware until she came out of the bathroom and saw me there. Two other times over the past couple of months when I pick her up she’s outside in the afternoon and the teacher in charge of her at that moment ASKED ME WHAT HER NAME IS. The person responsible for my 2 year old on a playground, does not even know her name. I also just picked her up and her and the other 3 year olds are gathered around watching a movie on the teachers CELL PHONE. Not a school approved device, who knows if there were inappropriate ads popping up during this movie. Not only that but I am paying for the most expensive daycare around for my child to be watching tv on a cell phone. Beyond inappropriate. The only reason this place even gets one star is because my child’s teacher for the majority of her time here, Ms. Ky, was absolutely an Angel. Unfortunately my kid isn’t with her the entire time and the times she’s not I truly do not feel like my kid is safe. The front desk buzzes anyone in the door without checking who they are. I had my child’s grandma pick her up one time, they never asked to see her drivers license.

When I moved to texas , I was looking for a preschool which would be safe, secure, nurturing and learn..When I visited CHILDREN LEARNING ADVENTURE for a tour Ms.Vasu greeted us with warm big smile and gave us a tour of the facility. With all that enrichment activities cooking, theater, gym, steam,Art. The importance what she showed us about education and not be worried about my son’s fears and all of the staff members are there to support and to uplift the spirit of my son. The way she knows the heart beat of a parent is amazing. That’s when we said this is the right place for my son.Ms.Hazel took him under her wings now his spoken language (English )is fluent it’s amazing how he is transformed in few months. The classroom is filled with encouragements and patience. He loves to come to school and enjoy with his friends. We receive daily notes about his learning. Best part is every evening we play student teacher game and enact what he learnt at school. We are blessed to be a part CHILDRENS LEARNING ADVENTURE COMMUNITY.
