This branch needs more frequent maintenance on their ATM machines, the reliability is way too inconsistent. Something is always broken.

Came in 15 minutes before closing and needed to do several tasks that I knew would take about an hour or longer to complete. Their reps at the front happily directed me to a private representative, Vickie, who was amazing. She was (i) time efficient, (ii) very friendly (and didn’t push me to do things the way Chase might suggest) with great customer service, (iii) excellent to work with. She deserves a raise! Vickie clearly put my (the customer’s) needs above her own, as she stayed late and offered to help when she didn’t have to well after the branch closed. She made sure my requests were handled swiftly, while still being very thorough. She didn’t flinch when I asked her, a couple times, to help do “one more thing” after she had already completed and closed out the tasks I had originally come to the bank to complete. It is rare to find people with an attitude favoring the customer like Vickie does, and the Chase branch as a whole at this location seemed to have the same customer-first orientation, even if it meant sticking around past the close to help a customer in need. This is why I stick with Chase! Thank you, Vickie!

Chase bank as a whole is horrible. This is the third time in one month that they have locked my husband's card due yo suspicious activity but didn't catch the over $1000.00 of fraudulent charges that now they are refusing to give back. An At&t person has called Chase and told them it was fraud and they are still refusing to refund the money because it was done through a digital wallet that my husband never set up. DONT BANK WITH CHASE.

I came to this bank for a consultation and they couldn't even help me because there isn't a single person who speaks Spanish, definitely bad service. There are also many people who only speak Spanish in this country and we need to be cared for. I don't know if it's racism or discrimination but it shouldn't be like that. More so coming from a bank where one has an account with them. Terrible service.

Actually I came for the Fish and Chips food truck from On the Hook . So tasty and flaky and the Chips ? ? were good especially with the spicy sauce that comes with traditional tartar sauce. The trucks is usually parked here on Saturday 11am-7pm. But it will vary sometimes. They announced it would be at Kroger near Rufe Snow and Keller Parkway today on Facebook.

"I found the service experience at Chase Bank in Keller, specifically with banker Andres, to be lacking in professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. After patiently waiting for over 20 minutes for a notary, Andres walked out of his office and seemed unaware of his schedule. He didn't acknowledge anyone in the lobby and, when asked when he could assist me, responded rudely and dismissively, stating he had another customer. This situation raised questions about the staffing on Saturdays, given that we are both Chase Private Client and Commercial Client customers. Overall, this was the most disappointing experience I've ever had at a Chase Bank branch."

They told me they don't except cash deposits into others accounts. I'm trying to deposit cash into my brother's account and they refused me. How can you not take cash at a bank. That is absurd.

They will not refund over 10k that was ach to an Ameritrade account from a business account I own to some stranger I do not know or never authorized the transfer to! I have filed a claim and they have denied and reopened the claim 6-7 times asking for more information. Now I’m dealing with some other dispute department. I stop by the bank to check on the status and ask for a call back and I do not receive calls back. It sucks because we can see the account the money was transferred to and they still act like they can not figure it out.

Well I definitely think I need to find a new bank because not only does this bank not helpful but if you ever try to get Euros don't get it from them. Supposed to get small bills mix and they give me hundreds. And then they say oh I could try to get them in smaller bills but that would cost me over $70. They're just not very helpful let's just put it that way. I'm so disappointed in them.

The managers and people in this location are extremely arrogant and unhelpful. The first time I let it go and now a 3rd interaction has left me again wanting to close all accounts which is what I will start working in doing!Horrible customer service.

Awful service. Bankers are too busy to help walk-ins. Private client doesn't matter, they still treat you disgustingly.
