Certified Auto has been my choice for auto repair for over 10 years. Oz is a rare find, with the perfect blend of expertise, bedside manner, and even humor (missed his "stand-up" calling!). He can make you chuckle, even when faced with a dreaded auto repair expense.
Oz (and staff) treats customers like family, and takes the extra steps to ensure the customer is happy with the repairs, price/value, and service.

I won't go anywhere else! Some mechanics will take advantage of you, but Ozzy is awesome! I appreciate him and his crew! I trust him, he's the best! My family and I have been taking are vehicles here for years ! Let me tell you Ozzy and the staff are always friendly, helpful, and the service we have received has always far surpassed our expectations. They help me to understand the problem and walked me through every aspect of the repair. I’ve had a great and personal experience every time. Their work is top notch, the turnaround is speedy, and they remember me like I’m a friend every time I come in. I always feel confident and comfortable when I bring my car here I have always felt the work they do is top notch and I’ve never gotten the impression that they were trying to up sell some unnecessary service or maintenance.I Definitely would recommend.

In the past, Ozzy was great that’s why I have stick with him. However, my last car repair experience was a nightmare. It was turned in mid March and did not get finish until mid August. I have reach out to him multiple times and it was hard to get any communication back from him. The car had to be taken to a dealership which was later fixed. End up paying more for something that was not fixed from the beginning.
