Staff was extremely nice but i was there for 3 hours for a DOT physical, only 3 other Patients that i saw, and i saw the entire building because i had to walk through to give a urine sample. Most of the staff were just standing around talking to each other. I wasn't rushed as i was being paid by my company for the time but i thought that i was there waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. ??

The Keller location was great, however I originally went to the Hurst location as directed, when I arrived they told me the do not service medicare patients and the I had to drive to the Keller location 10 miles away for help
