Reached out to Kristi with BowKay after locating her on Wedding Wire/The Knot. Her store is located near my home. She is an event florist so not a place you walk in and get flowers. She was able to meet with me quickly, work with my limited timeline (less than 30 days), and - most importantly - work within my limited budget and expensive taste in flowers. Everything was beautiful.

I was dispatched to retrieve a bouquet and boutonnières and corsages this past Saturday as I raced to the wedding of our oldest daughter. My wife had made the arrangements with Bowkay Designs. I was just the delivery boy. This had catastrophe written all over it!
Imagine the father of the bride, bringing the symbol of all that is good and worthy of the wedding ceremony, and possibly more important than the ring itself when it comes to the imagery since it will show up in nearly every photograph. This was a set-up. A no-win. If this floral arrangement did not live up to the vision and standard of the bride, I was toast! And I knew it. There would be no time to repair or replace the damage and this epic failure would forever rest solely on me, as the delivery boy.
So, now imagine the joy of watching your daughter and all those involved constantly ‘STARING’ at the flowers and saying how beautiful and how they were perfectly matched to the occasion. WHEW!
Dad is the hero. Dad is the greatest, right? Not quite… “These are lovely, Dad. What took you so long ? I thought you were going to be here fifteen minutes ago!”
But all turned out well and Bowkay Design should rightfully get credit for realizing the beauty and imagination articulated by my wife and daughter as they described the ‘vision’ of this joyful and solemn occasion. Clearly, like most husbands, I should have trusted the ladies all along and stayed in my lane… and arrived fifteen minutes earlier. ?
Here are some snapshots I took at the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens to show ‘why’ Bowkay Designs and the ladies got it right! ???

I was sent a condolences arrangement on Saturday, only to receive browning and drooping flowers. I emailed the florist right away and followed up with a call on Monday. Spoke to the owner on the phone who claimed the flowers were supposed to look that way because they are, “antique peach roses.” I know what they are supposed to look like and this was not it. Mind you, flowers were never left outside and constantly have water in them. Checked the arrangement 2.5 days later and the “antique” roses are pretty much done along with other flowers in the arrangement. Owner made no attempt to fix the situation nor did she apologize. The arrangement would have been great if quality flowers were used, which clearly were not. I don’t know about you, but I really don’t like receiving a dying bunch of flowers after losing a parent.

The owner of this shop truly cares about customer service and satisfaction! The arrangements are stunning and loaded with beautiful blooms without a lot of "filler". Highly recommend Kristi and BowKay Designs!

I had to get this review done as soon as possible, because I am impressed!
Today is prom day, and I had ordered a bouquet/bout combo from a different florist. Well, went to check on it this morning in the fridge, and it was half wilted!(Turns out the original florist gave my incorrect care instructions - white flowers shouldn't go in the fridge)
Panic mode engaged as the florist is closed on Saturdays.
I searched open florists close to me and found Bow Kay. I called and explained our prom emergency, and was reassured that she could fix it. Just get there as soon as possible, which I did. About 30 min later, the bouquet was fixed, and looked SO much better then it did originally. When I asked how much, she told me to just take it and remember her for Mother's day. Well, needless to say, we handed her a bit of cash and told her we had already decided that she was our go to for flowers from now on.
You know, it's hard to find folks that actually care about what they do and their customers, and Biw Kay truly does. She could have completely taken advantage of our last minute problem, but she didn't. I will most definitely be there again. You should use her, too.

Hi! I'm a wedding photographer who recently photographed BowKay Designs florals at my couple's wedding. The florals were so perfect I had to touch them to make sure they were real haha! Exceptional design and quality. I highly recommend them!

I called last week to order flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine's day and received friendly advice over the phone. The flowers were delivered on schedule, early in the morning at my girlfriends office and she loved them. Great job ladies!

Unfortunately another private business that we attempted to use instead of big corporations however, they are not open. The website says they are supposed to be but, they are not interested in making money. It’s sad and indicative of what I can only assume is poor products due to a lack of professionalism.

My mom’s 77 birthday. Can you guess which picture is the bouquet I bought and which picture is the bouquet I got? I bought the premium arrangement (standard, deluxe, and premium options) for $108 and this is what arrived.REPLY: Oh, so the picture online is the front of the arrangement and the back side looks like the arrangement delivered? It would be helpful if it was noted on the website that the photos shown online are the fronts of the arrangements. Or maybe display both front and back photos.

Bowkay has beautiful products! I'm a bit disappointed with my preservation order from them, though. The only specification that I had coming into the shop was that dusty miller was included in my larger preservation; unfortunately, that did not happen. Now every time I look at it, I'm reminded that I paid $800 for a product that didn't meet my expectations? Also, they just send you home with these very expensive and fragile designs with no wrapping paper, bubble wrap, anything.Luckily the smaller gifts I got for my bridesmaids came out perfect! Otherwise I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending their services to others. Good luck!

Wow….. So beautiful. Bowkay knocked it out of the park for our wedding. The floral arrangements were amazingly gorgeous - every guest commented on how great the flowers were. They turned my wife’s Pinterest board in to a reality. The colors were spot on, flowers were diverse and fresh, customer service was on par - highly, highly recommend!

Very pleased with how they handled an sympathy arrangement. I was not pleased with the original arrangement we ordered. I reached out with my concerns and they immediately took care of it and made a new one. That is amazing customer service.
