Brought my son in for hip pain unable to walk on his own. Not sure how he injured himself, as soon as Jared Richardson comes in he os like what do you want me to do? Be a doctor and see whats wrong, I dont know order xrays. He says Im not gonna find nothing anyway go see an ortho surgeon. But he orders xrays comes in tells me he see nothing. 10mins later get xrays via email and send them to family in medical field. Everyone confirmed a fracture in the pubic ramis area. Dont know if its bc we are black but I definitely wouldnt go here ever again.

This practice is a joke. Called to book meeting with an MD who clearly showed "Accepting New patients" on their own website, only to find that the MD is not accepting new patients....got a list of DO's who were accepting new patients, called back after choosing the backup, waited on the line, got me in their system after holding for 30 minutes only to find out their "next available" appointment was in 2025 (it's June 2024.....). Can't rate this low enough.

Edit 6/13/24: I reached out to the BSW Contact Us form and heard from a representative, but then they went radio silent on me for the past 3 weeks after promising they'd follow up with me. I guess that goes to show how much BSW actually "cares."
My provider and the nurses were great, professional and courteous. The problem lies in BSW's upcoding of my visit. I didn't ask to talk about my slightly elevated blood pressure (from driving to the office visit), and I wasn't aware that saying "hey, do you have a recommendation for an in-network dermatologist for the bump on my head?" (not needing a referral because I have a PPO) and "I should probably lose some weight, huh?" would result in an additional $136 office visit charge because apparently actually discussing my health, even very superficially and extremely briefly, isn't part of a routine physical, but here we are. This is actively incentivizing people to not discuss their health with their doctor/provider, because I certainly won't make this mistake ever again. Wouldn't recommend them at all solely due to this upcoding nonsense.

Not sure why this place has bad reviews. We found them to be professional and caring. They took great care of my kiddos!

I see Dr. Jason Wonder. While in office he is very attentive and caring. My problem comes when needing support while not in office. This office is HORRIBLE to deal with. Their communication is awful. Their ability to show initiative is non existent. I constantly have issues getting renewed prescriptions. When asking for simple things like copies of my prescription to take while on vacation they tell me to go to the pharmacy. The pharmacies can not give copies of scripts that are not void. They have lost labs. So while Dr. Wander himself is a quality doctor the overall office experience and personal are subpar on every level. I have been with this office for nearly 10 years now and have talked with the office managers multiple times trying to find ways to help them help me and nothing seems to work. To get my prescriptions and forms needed for insurance I literally have to walk them into the office and wait for them to complete the paperwork and watch them fax it. Even then many time their fax system does not seem work because the end party does not receive the documentation. So I have to fax things myself. They claim they don't receive faxes from my mail order pharmacy yet I get documentation from the same pharmacy from the fax machine showing time and date fax was sent and received.
This system is too big and just that....a system that if broken.
UPDATE
They respond with a nice form response saying "they care". Do yourself a favor if reading my review then go read all the other reviews that get the same response. If the office really cared why would different people keep complaining about the same type of issues. If they cared they would have change by now.
I normally do not write reviews and if I do they are generally positive reviews because most people are more than willing to tell of a bad experience and not a good. one. As mentioned I waited for years before deciding to share my experience with others.

Taking the time to write a thoughtful post because I was insanely surprised by the experience I had this morning at Baylor Scott & White Emergency Hospital Keller. Without getting into too many details, I went in with MAJOR pain and ended up getting taken back very quickly due to nearly passing out. Dr. Richardson was the one who helped me into a bed and got me taken care of as quick as he could. I could barely sit still for an IV but finally got one because the paramedic was able to do it quickly. All of the nurses were amazing and so patient and kind. So so thankful for the entire staff who helped me today!

Will never visit here again
I Went in this morning with severe back pain , due to spinal stenosis for some type of temporary relief until i see the neurologist soon. This ER was no help at all. They told me that they dont assist with back pain. They prescribed a muscle relaxer, even after being advised that i have a nerve pain issue which isnt muscle related. Waste of a leaving work early. Im still in extreme pain.??

I have been visit this office over 5 years , with the same doctor, Dr. Taki . The front desk, and medical assistant changed, but they accommodated my schedule , and I very much appreciate it. When I needed my refill medication, the nurses fulfill them quick. in one period of time I had to retake my blood work, and they took care in appropriate manner. I will be back next year, Thank you !!! I wish I can do flu shot without schedule. I do not give feed back/ survey through pressganey, because they want to see my soul / with so much questionnaires. No birthday, no address, no race and only 2 questions I will give feed back.Dr, Taki you are awesome!Yuni

Jared Richardson (attending physician) appeared to be upset or we woke him up from sleeping. It’s sad to go to school for years & be thousands in debt for a practice you don’t even enjoy! Having an attitude is not good customer service. Your job is to treat ill patients in a professional manner/ setting.

I have been coming to this location for over 2 years, the receptionist couldnt find my information. I was instructed by my Dr. to drop off specimen needed the lab staff including the lab manager were confused as how to process the specimen and she was rude never apologetic for the confusion, and seemed to be nagging at me. This is medical staff and a high named facility to seemed condused I beleive Dr. Leave notes that they could had figured it out when I left instead they had me listen to the confusion and they asked if I could bring I second specimen I declined. During check out the Lab manager came out and had more comments about me and again another bad attitude luckly there was no one in the waiting room to hear her bad treatment. I will escalate this higher than the Manager I just feel its unexceptable behavior for a Medical Facility.

I see the reason for the negative reviews. I called to make an appointment and after nearly one hour being put on hold on and off, them saying they had availability then not having availability I gave up. They were supposed to call back once they reviewed their schedule and never did. If they can't do this with professionalism and ease then why would I trust them any further.

Hi I went to620 S Main St Ste 240, Keller, TX 76248Location with a severe case of dermintitis, fatigue and vomiting with my nausea trying to explain my case to be laughed at by the doctor and met with an unpleasant nurse who treated me more like a criminal then a patient being told" I must hit a cigarette too hard" which I haven't even smoked. I then proceeded to go home crying back to my house feeling humilated and just trying to get medical health. I hope and pray that understand the pain of a human being trying to get help and paying over 100 dollars to be treated like this in a hospital looking for compassion and treatment just to be treated like a waste to humanity. Even the 3rd nurse that was with me was shocked by their behavior.Thank you for using your valuable time to read this and have a wonderful dayUpdate was contacted to by the head of this hospital to not get an apology but to be insulted by a very angry sounding man who made this all seem like ot was my fault for bringing attention to a problem in the choices for employees. So if you think this hospital is going to call and help you out for them doing anything wrong think otherwise. They will just insult you.

If I had only come to read the reviews first! Absolutely disgusting service, not only by the front desk but also by the supervisor and at this point also the provider Angela Junge! Not only was I allowed to schedule the appointment online 5 days before they also sent me a cost estimate and the e check in which I completed. Only to call me 1 hour before I had to be there to tell me they couldn’t see me because I was new to that office! Which I had seen this provider before, the appointment time was already reserved for me (1 hour away) and I was paying for this out of pocket! I really liked Angie, I wanted to see her specifically because she seemed like she cared, she listened to me, but this definitely made me change the opinion I had about her. No compassion at all knowing a patient really needed care and nothing! Then they’re saying they can’t see me because I’m established at another Baylor clinic?! Ok, first the other clinic will not give me an appointment because they don’t have any providers and they’re backed up for months and second why would I not be able to see different doctors at different Baylor clinics? On top of all that I’m paying for this out of pocket!!!!! They act like I was expecting them to see me for free or something. Very disappointed Angie I thought you cared about your patients.
