Kyle and Asher go above and beyond to make sure that every time I visit this facility I am wowed by my customer experience. Most people will leave a review once they have a negative experience BUT I feel it is equally important to highlight a team of individuals that can soften the blow of an unpleasant situation. So many people experience car problems day by day and it is nice to go to a place where the employees are knowledgeable and can provide solutions to everyday problems. If they could clone the staff here it would serve the company well!

If they don't have what you need, they will tell you where to find it or they will order it for you. Great customer service

Had to call the district manager to get a battery "with a warranty” swapped out. The store manager made up his own policy just to stop up from getting our battery….. BUT LOOK AT GOD, we got our battery ????

I’d just like to say I’ve had great people help me out at this location. They are Very kind, very hardworking, generous especially for a female like me who knows nothing about cars or can’t even screw a lightbulb in for one lol. Alfredo the gentleman that helped me today was patient and polite understanding of me he even went out of his way to even help another issue I had noticed on my battery when all I needed was a headlight change. he went out of is way when he didn’t have to. This also isn’t the first time he’s helped me like this. I’m certain this is the person my friends talk about when they come here too for help. Before going to this AutoZone I was told at a o’Reilly not too far that they can’t replace my headlight even though they’ve done it in the past and I felt so embarrassed asking the AutoZone employee for help because of this but once again I wasn’t disappointed and even learned some things about my car and what to do next time. Thanks again to Alfredo

Due to the lack of normal O’Reilly’s customer service off of N. Beach, I decided to visit this location. I received excellent customer service. They provided what I needed and offered to install it.

Stacy Chilton was amazing. Informative. They tried to sell my daughter a dead battery at the autozone one on north beach in Fort Worth. I called the keller autozone and Stacy told me to come up and she would take care of us. She did and put it in for my daughter. If she is not store manger she should be because she deserves it.
