I moved in a few months ago and absolutely LOOOOVE this place. I don't write many reviews, but I had to write one about Arthouse. I can't list all of the great things about this place, but to start with, the office staff is amazing and the maintenance crew is top notch. The location? Is AAAAMAZING! Walking distance to shops, stores, parks, restaurants, etc...It has a "loft" type feel. I chose a unit facing the main street and actually love the view from my balcony of people walking their dogs, going to stores and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The fire pit I have yet to use but looks great. The fire pit as well. The hot tub and pool are secluded and private. Not one single complaint. If you're looking for a great place, whether for a short period of time or a long term lease, definitely check this place out.

Save your time and money… The location is absolutely exquisite, and at one time was probably an incredible apartment complex. However, after 8 years of renting from various apartments, this has been the WORST 10 months I have ever spent in an apartment. At move in, my apartment was horrendously dirty despite the complex’s policy to withhold $100 from previous tenant for “cleaning”. Damage caused by previous tenants was simply painted over as opposed to repaired. Laminate on cabinets peeling off and sealant/ top coat on floor coming up (sooo sticky!). Outdated and damaged appliances. Lightbulbs consistently (every couple months) burning out even with minimal use. Electricity is extremellyyy expensive in these apartments due to poor design and sealing around doors and windows (single pane). Water damage coming from roof (we live on top floor) caused all of our smoke alarms to repeatedly go off all hours of day and night - their solution was to remove all of them and not replace for over 4 weeks. Closet shelves have come out of the wall for both closets and upstairs closet doors repeatedly fall off track. Gym is very outdated and offers minimal equipment. Pool is often dirty and/ or out of order. Security door locks often out of order and doors are left unlocked. Bikes stolen from bike lock rack. Office management has changed several times since we have moved in and each new person seems to have absolutely no clue what is happening which caused maintenance concerns, etc. to go several weeks/ months without resolve. Spoke to other tenants who state AC has gone out 17 times and still not resolved. Paying rent and submitting requests the portal is a nightmare - software has several issues by my own experience and other tenants. Mold was also found in their apartments and was not resolved in any way. Lawyers were contacted who stated the owners have several open lawsuits against them. For your health and safety, please avoid this place at all costs. We will be moving out promptly at the end of our lease.

Got a tour of this complex from Laura and Ashlee. They were friendly and answered all my questions. This is the fees list as of 2/14/23. Everything looked well maintained or recently renovated.

The staff at Arthouse are amazing! They are always so friendly and accommodating to our needs. The facility is always clean and maintained to a high standard. The pricing is always extremely competitive to surrounding complexes. Arthouse has been a very positive experience for us especially as first time renters.

At 10:30a the vents turn on at FNG Eats Restaurant. They run until 10:30p. It is a constantly annoying buzzing sound you cannot get away from. It’s really loud outside, and you can’t get away from it inside. We would have never moved in if we knew about the constant noise.

Probably one of the worst places I've ever lived in my life. I'll start by saying I really like the staff and management they are great. But the upper levels and residents on those levels are just straight trashy, like literally. There is always garbage, broken furniture, and shopping carts all over the place. The only assigned spots which are supposed to be covered parking are a joke and you have to pay extra for them. The elevator doesn't have AC and constantly smells and people let their animals relieve themselves, both 1 and 2, in the hallways and the elevators. I would have felt like I lived in a less trashy place living in a trailer park. The trash and broken furniture in the picture sat there for 3 days. Holiday weekend or not when you charge as much as they do things like this are unacceptable. Period.

Property is in a convenient location, but be very careful about the games the management plays. I signed a 90 day lease while in the middle of a home major remodel. They inserted a ridiculous 60 notice to vacate provision in the lease which ultimately cost me an additional month I didn't need. They knew all along I only needed the unit for 90 days. I even spoke to them about the "what ifs" if my remodel didn't go as planned and they remained silent about this little trap they set. I would not ever recommend this property to anyone because of this experience. It put a real damper on what would have otherwise been a pleasant experience. If I treated my customers this way, I likely wouldn't have any.

Front office is RUDE I would never lease at this location. I would have given a 0 but that’s not a option. Communication is key to success. Management take time to train your staff to be resourceful & kind.

I have lived here at the Arthouse for a number of years and I have enjoyed my stay here and I have no complaints!!!I have noticed some employees who have done an excellent job at all times. They make the Arthouse a great place to call "home".

We’re in our third unit here and it’s ok. Depending on your unit location, it can be perfectly serene and quiet (closer to the greenbelt area) or noisy (facing the main streets).For the day to day routines (groceries, visiting the park, coffee shop, dining) the walkability is really good for being in the suburbs! That is probably the number 1 reason we're moving back after looking for a good less day-to-day car dependent community.

The Arthouse has been a great apartment complex in my personal experience thus far. The downtown Keller location is within walking distance of entertainment, shopping, dining, outdoor activities and much more!

would give it 5 starts if management enforced leash laws and enforced that residents return shopping carts to grocery store..makes the place look junky. the location is perfect, walk to local eateries, pub, supermarkets, pet stores and shopping.
